Easy check in. Room was great bathroom large and clean. Bed was excellent had a great night sleep. Very quiet.

The room was a little small, for two adults with walking baggage, but it was comfortable enough and we both slept well. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. A reasonable price, for this time of year.

The manager really did not want my custom. He seemed more focused on reselling my room as I (admittedly) was slightly late in telling them my arrival had been delayed. Definitely a money first, customer second mentality. The place is tired too. I won’t be back.

Very good for 3 star property - very clean, comfortable bed, tv and coffee provided. Slightly tired decor in terms of flooring but new bathroom suite and very clean. Do not judge this property by outside. Really popular and busy restaurant and bar and lovely food. Helpful and attentive staff.

The parking, the welcome, the food and the ambience at the New Inn were all excellent.

We had a large,light and clean room at the front of the hotel which is quite old, quirky and labyrinthine inside but very comfortable.

Friendly welcome, clean and comfortable room. Good selection of drinks in the bar. Great freshly prepared food, friendly service. Will stay here again!

Our room was a little tired, but it was quite and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay it provided everything you would require for a basic getaway. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Location is beautiful and historic. Rooms are adequate and clean. Very inviting atmosphere

A Pleasant stay.

Sadly the room was freezing cold the heating wasn’t really working, luckily the duvet was warm enough but anything outside duvet is cold Room could do with a refresh to make it look and feel warmer/modern, it’s not as nice as the photos of the rooms I was expecting.. Food was good though service at breakfast could improve Woke up early by music which is not good when decent sleep is needed and the room is too cold to sit in until breakfast time

Lovely old coaching inn, good food in the bar, lots of character.

Was told that due to high occupancy, I would be in a "BnB" room around the corner, which on the surface was fine. However, the room was above a disussed pub, the entrance stairway and hall was filthy. The room had no bedside cabinets or lights, the only curtain was a roller blind. everytime a vehicle passed a securtity light came on and immulminated the room

Booked hotel for business. Food was amazing Staff were amazing If in the area again, will most definitely use this hotel.
