I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure guests felt at home. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

El lugar es hermoso, el menu del restaurante bien variado , el desayuno exquisito 😋 todos los empleados maravillosos y muy amable , volveria mil veces , mi habitación estaba frente a la picina, la próxima escojeria vista al rio

We loved the place! It’s mesmerizing! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, very helpful. Breakfast was cold, could not eat cold eggs, or anything else. Luckily there was a toaster and we made ourselves pressed cheese sandwiches. The pool looked cloudy and we didn’t like the smell of . The first room bedroom’s sliding door were broken. Had to switch, the second room’s safety box lock was also broken in, could not use it. Restaurant food is a bit steep.

The staff were extremely helpful , specifically Randy el muñeco and Malky , I needed help at the restaurant and Randy didn’t hesitated and offered his assistance, he deserve a raise , he made sure everything was ok and always kept on checking on me , and answered any questions I had. For that reason only , I can’t wait to go back , the staff always went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. Highly recommend this place to anyone . I can’t wait to go back .

The place was truly a hidden gem! It’s the perfect retreat! If you can splurge on the river view definitely do it because it’s truly worth it! The atmosphere was calming, welcoming and relaxing yet you had all needed entertainment. The hotel is also close to the city center for all city activities . I’ll definitely be back if I ever visit jarabacoa again! ❤️

What a view. What excellent food

The room were clean and renovated where i stayed. The amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi need maintenance. There is no Karaoke or night activities. The staff were rude and unwelcoming except for housekeeping. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for sleeping and relaxing or dipping yourself in the river. Bring water shoes and a life vest.

Had the best time here! The staff was friendly and but front desk was a bit rude. The views are amazing love it will come back!

Prachtig gelegen hotel aan de rivier, midden in de natuur van Jarabacoa. Het geluid van het stromende water en de omgeving zorgen direct voor rust. De drie watervallen in de buurt maken de locatie extra bijzonder. Schone, comfortabele kamers, heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen, zeker een aanrader!
