Not that we wanted to, but the only room available on the 3rd floor was directly across from the elevator. We thought that we would be listening to the "ding" of the elevator doors as they arrived on the floor. To our pleasant surprise the "ding" of the elevator wasn't turned up to a high volume and the room doors are well insulated, such that we did not hear any "ding" of the elevator arriving. Maybe just good luck, people getting off the elevator or waiting for the elevator car to arrive, did not talk loudly so that made it nice for people in their rooms to not be hearing loud yadda yadda when the other guests were in the hallways. Two complaints that we have, is that in the free breakfast area, is that only powdered CoffeeMate was provided for the coffee. Please provide real milk or cream, either in an insulated carafe or else in the individual thimble sized cups. My husband drinks coffee so the lack of real milk or cream was important to him. For me, I don't ever drink coffee and I like to drink a real fruit juice for breakfast, such as orange juice. There was a full self-serve dispenser of cold drinks, but all "Cocktail" or "Punch" which is just cheap powered and high in sugar, which is impossible to consume. My only option was a glass of water. The bed mattress, sheets and duvets were "PERFECT".

Honest staff. I left a pair of expensive head phones there and they called me. Very nice to have staff that you can count on! Great place to stay.

If I had a chance to go to Melfort again I would stay here again.

The staff were friendly, room was clean, the hot tub was nice to use and the beds were comfortable.

Room was fine, breakfast was okay but eggs were not hot, warmer wasn’t doing a very good job. I thought the room cost was high relative to other venues. This is really the only acceptable hotel in the area which makes competitive choices difficult.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selections were varied and tasty. My Mom and I are satisfied with our stay.

Everything was clean, great breakfast . Hot tub was nice but busy and 2 families in it with us and the children were using it as a pool, parents did their best to control them . Over all the stay was splendid .

This is a great property with a very convenient location. It’s our go-to place to stay in Melfort.

Staff were able to get me into my room before check in time, and switch my room as I had accidentally booked a room on the first floor. Appreciate the change

We had a group booking for an event in town, and they were accommodating to let us stay and visit in the lobby, late at night.

Great hotel, awesome staff, and the hot breakfast is top notch. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was very clean and access to town and amenities were good. The only complaints we have with the property was the surrounding walking areas to the parking lot area was extremely icy and dangerous when carrying bags and other items. Staff member / front desk employee parking a Dodge Ram right in front of building was not convenient for walking or temporarily parking while loading / unloading at the hotel entrance. Elevator was very slow. Ice machine on 4th floor quit working while we were there.

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service. Great beds, the room was fantastic

Easy check-in. Stayed on main floor with direct access to room from outside but door seals need attention. Had to place towels around door to keep freezing air out.
