Amazing service and communication was outstanding when planning a surprise birthday week. Rooms are very spacious and clean with their own washer and dryer. The roof top pool has amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. Highly recommend this resort

The place was great!

Room was great. We were split from our family in different buildings and were secretly charged over 100 dollars to use the pool and their hotels for 2 hours. The staff never told us about the charge until we went to leave.

Our stay at Pinnacle 220 was extraordinary from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We had excellent service from the calf of the roof garden, our housekeeper and the reception desk. Any questions or concerns was handed promptly and with our satisfaction. Already making plans to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The room was spotless. The room was cleaned to perfection. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The Skybar and pool were amazing.

The 2 bedroom condo was very nicely done and perfect space to relax and comfortable. the balcony was great for early morning coffee and late night relaxing. The best part was the staff and the rooftop pool. Fantastic views and the food service from there was very good. will be returning soon.

Great staff ! Excellent location and fun times at the pool . Enjoyed being close to everything in Zona , but then a bit quieter for time around pool Lots of great restaurants close by and the Palms Cabernet shows are a must

The room was immaculate. Very close to all the restaurants and the beach. Uber is always very close by.

The poolside was amazing! The food was great and the staff made the experience better than expected.

I have stayed many times at various units in Pinnacle 220. It is always a pleasure with great staff and any help when needed. Close to everything in the Romantic Zone. You can easily walk the Malecón from just below Pinnacles to the downtown plaza with many great restaurants close by. A beautiful place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool has a view of Vallarta and the beautiful sunsets.

Clean and great staff, only downside was that the air conditioning in kitchen/living room did not cool very well and it dripped water on the desk each night and we had to wipe up water every morning. Other than that great place to stay, great location and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Bars and clubs were not too far away and it was very walkable.

Well, decorated, nice furniture's apartment... The pool was amazing, crystal clear water, great view from the infinity pool, a lot of space to hang out in the rooftop patio. Bartender were great
