Loved breakfast.

Amazing property sitting right next to the lake with accessible roads to downtown, waterfront etc. The hotel staff was very friendly and out stay was easy and pleasant!

Room was nice!! Staff were friendly.

I like the location and the service. The room was clean and spacious when we came. It was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend this hotel and location. The dinner and breakfast were also amazing. Thank you for having us we would love to come again. Thank you.

Clean room

Tout a été parfait lors du souper au restaurant et du séjour dans notre chambre. Seule critique: ne vous fiez pas à la photo de la piscine. C'est en fait une pataugeoire, un gros bain tourbillon.

The room is neat and big enough to accommodate a family of four. How ever, it would be great if they could have enough soap bar for body and hand wash.

Nice breakfast, good view and good sauna and hot tub . Staffs are very friendly. However, room is not clean enough, dusk on top of hair dryer and dusty table and chair plus floor is not clean.

The rooms are very clean. Plenty of towels for the jacuzzi room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will be back.

Clean room and property.

The room was nice and clean, the staff were very nice and friendly, the pool is absolutely tiny though so don't plan on taking a long swim in there.

3.5 stars…Our stay was okay, the room is decent but it could be cleaner. Some areas were so dusty, like beside the microwave and other surface areas. I wish there was an area to get coffee by the lounge but nothing much happening in the lobby. The view was beautiful though.

I've stayed here a few times and although the location is beautiful right by the water, my room smelled of smoke.

Nice place

I went to the Best Western Inn on the Bay for the Victoria Day weekend (Sun-Mon). Ot was such a great experience. The staff, reception (James and Yvonne) were very accommodating. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was a private floor and was only accessed by the cards for the rooms on the floor. The suite was large with a king bed and its own sitting room with a TV. The hallway leading to the bedroom, which had a door, had a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was also spacious. The view from the window was a partial view of the waterfront. Thw second room was large with 2 queen beds a sitting room area, TV, and a large electric fireplace. Wow. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I imagine the wonderful experience sitting on the patio, which has a view of the water, located with the restaurant attached to the hotel.
