This is a clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast here is amazing! Overall a great value for a stay in Gander.

Excellent and cozy place to stay in Gander. Great food at the lounge and Susan the bartender was so hospitable!

Excellent breakfast

I didn’t arrive until 11 at night needed something to drink (pop/ water/juice ) nothing opened in hotel to get anything and vending machines out of order and other one empty

Pillows were terribly hard. Heating was hard to control

The staff is wonderful and so are the beds! Having a hot breakfast included is also a benefit.

The girl at check in wasn’t friendly at all, def not my normal experience staying here. The room we were given was very dated, also not our normal experience here. We normally love the free breakfast, it’s a sit down and order style, this time it was buffet, but still good. Food was cooked the way we like it and there was a good selection.

The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is older and therefore had squeaky floors in the halls and a bit of a musty smell in the room. You also can’t bring the complimentary breakfast back to your room, you have to eat it in the restaurant. We were staying for a sporting event so it was fine for a place to sleep.

The room was clean but it was far away from the elevator next time we will call after we book our room to get it close to the elevator the staff was great and the rest was good
