It was a good stay. The breakfast is served in the room and not very good. Basic one. Overall a good stay.

Nothing about this hotels listing was what it seemed. The thumbnail image is of the hotel across the street. The fact that they use JW Marriott in the post makes you think they are in partnership with Marriott, this IS NOT the case. My sheets had stains and hair on them and the “mattress” was more like a futon pad. Shower was cool and not in the hey that nice sense of the word there was NO hot water in the sink or shower. Very noisy since it’s on the main road. The staff was rude when we told them we were not happy. Wouldn’t recommend this place to someone I hated. The A/C worked great though...

Bad staff except for the lady in the reception.. Rooms are not comfortable. Smells of smoke and no airflow.. AC,TV, beds are old..

They charged twice. After submitting all payment details they wasn't ready to believe that, I already paid via online. I already paid for extra bed, but they didn't provided till I asked for that, and quality was not good.

NOt OK order sandwich....some has butter some doesn't......NOT OK order fruits...you get onion smell ...NOT OK Asked half day extension ... NOT OK WIFI ...U HAVE TO ASK AC YES BEDSHEETS ....FULL OF STAINS... CHAIRS FULL OF STAINS

It was not pleasant at all. Think you are almost to sleep and suddenly found a big mouse coming from out side and climbs up to the TV table and than passing to the next room from the passage it made in the furniture!!! Even the room service persons were not bothered to collect the empty used utensils and tea pot after even more than two hours and in the all night the utensils were kept out near your room which were having waste and remaining food in it. In such condition you can not expect to see any beautiful animal except a big Mouse and crowd of cockroaches!!!!

What is shown on website does not apply to reality. No food/refreshments/tea/coffee/snacks when we reached there at 04.00 pm. Even though it is a tea time for most Indian. No cleaning of the room. Window Air Condition was located at a corner of the room and was not cooling at all.
