The room was clean and kitchen had everything you could as for. It was a good one night stay! However, sofa bed could use little bit more comfort, as I have had better sofa beds!

Staff was great, rooms were very clean.

Bed sheets and pillow cases didn’t smell fresh and had a weird smell to them. Towel had foundation makeup all over it. Room overall smelled old and musty. Sofa looked and smelled old. Weird sewage smell on the first floor towards exit to the village area. Staff was nice and accommodating.

We stayed for 3 nights and not once did they come to give us fresh towels or make our beds. I don’t think that’s asking a lot when you’ve spent $900 to stay somewhere. Otherwise things were clean, the property was decent. Could be lack of staffing or perhaps we needed to request the towels and make our beds ourselves- but when you pay that much for 3 nights I would think it would just be a regular service.

Great for a little getaway. We will come again. Food and drink cost on the high side. The Irish pub was disappointing- food was microwaved and not very authentic. Salad was limp. Music and ambience was not in anyway irish, assume it was what the staff wanted to listen to. Did some local walks / hikes, Collingwood is a cute little town. Lots of places to check out and places to eat.

Amazing hotel blue mountain is the best.

I’d imagine a good family ski resort in season, good restaurants and bars. We stayed out of ski season and felt it was slightly limited compared to other resorts.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Georgian Hotel. The room was large and well laid out with a nice fireplace and a good sized kitchen. The TV’s are a bit small and one of the remote controls was missing batteries. The room and the hotel itself were clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and fun things to do close by. We would stay again. Very family friendly.

The room is very well appointed and spacious . Loved it ( was a little surprised to find the carpet, not entirely clean as it was visible food remnant still on the floor. Also, the coffee maker was not working. I called downstairs and within minutes they had replaced the coffee maker. They even gave me two free drinks at Starbucks plus a box of cookies. I appreciate that they acknowledged this and were so quick to rectify the situation. I would definitely stay here again!

This review has more to do with the state of the room not the property. We had non functional table lamps, dirty plates and cutlery in the cabinets and clumps of hair and dirt in the bathroom.
