Great staff and hotel location

We stayed at Blue Mountain Village suites last year and then came back again February 2026. First, let us compliment Candace and Will at the front desk for their courteous help. The location- Amazing. We stayed in the Grand Georgian building right in the heart of the village. I'll take a pic so you can get a sense of what buildings are closest to where you want to be. We were a short walk to anything we needed. The village has pretty much everything you need- we replaced goggles and ski pants at Red Devil and Columbia. There's an LCBO, many restaurants and stores. The Stay- We were on the 4th floor overlooking MJ Byrne's, the Irish Pub. We went for drinks and they had a guy playing live music. It was expensive but pretty much everything in the village is. Note- they only take cash and credit, hoping you'll use their bank machines which seemed a little shady given they're already charging a fair amount. Room was nice. Queen bed was comfy. Sofa with a pull-out. Fireplace, dining table and a full kitchenette. Lots of space for 2 of us and I imagine for a family. I'm not sure if it's because we booked from a different site last year, but this year we got free underground parking, an activity wristband and ski valet. There's 4 activities included- the coaster was the highlight for us. Ski valet was handy- they are over by the rental shack close to the Silver Bullet lift. Note- it's a Ski Valet not a Ski and Pole Valet (they don't take poles).

Room was clean and well supplied. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Amenities were great.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was really nice having a full kitchen during our stay. Some appliances look like they could be replaced (i.e., the kettle), but otherwise everything functioned well. The staff were very kind and informative. Underground parking was a bit of a nightmare. Nobody seems to follow the colour blocking areas of where they are supposed to park. But overall, it was a good stay!

A localização é excelente, bem no coração da vila, perto de restaurantes, lojas e das atrações principais. O apartamento era espaçoso e confortável, ideal para família. A cozinha equipada ajudou bastante durante a estadia. Tudo estava limpo e organizado. A jacuzzi é boa, mas poderia ter uma iluminação mais suave e um ambiente mais intimista para tornar a experiência ainda melhor. No geral, foi uma estadia muito agradável e prática. Com certeza voltaríamos.

Clean room, fantastic view, awesome location! Robes would have been nice for the trip to the hot tubs and maybe some hooks outside where you can hang your towels.

Friendly staff and welcoming, super nice!!

No dollies to help bring a family of fours ski gear to the hotel room. When staff was asked about where a dolly may be they just shrugged. It’s a bit run down for its age. No hotel bar. Mostly occupied by young party goers. Good location and underground parking was handy.
