Absolutely no complaints about staff, facilities or location for an all-inclusive. Possibly overpriced compared with similar options.

Sauberes großes Zimmer, sehr nettes Rezeptionsteam und Housekeeping. Im Essensraum und an den Bars hatte man manchmal nicht dieses Gefühl der Herzlichkeit. Man könnte durch die Türe neben den Pool ganz einfach auf die Promenade und an den Strand. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Essen war zu jeder Uhrzeit ausreichend und gut vorhanden

Good location , the hotel itself is failrly good however the food could be more versatile. Loved the beach access. Is perfect for families as well.

Very basic, not worth a 4 star hotel. Room full of mosquitos

All I can say everything was perfect anyone not happy with this hotel should have spent more money.Would highly recommend and will be back next year

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. DasPersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Service 1A, ich brauchte einen Arzt, der sofort angerufen wurde und 15 Minuten später im Zimmer stand. Auch die Aussenmitarbeiter an der Poolbar, soweit die Animateure, geben sich die größte Mühe und sind ein lustiges Völkchen. Über das Essen lässt sich streiten, es war um Gottes Willen nicht schlecht und die Auswahl nicht klein, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Allerdings reicht es nach einer Woche und man sehnt sich nach anderem Essen, da es sich mit kleinen Unterschieden doch ständig wiederholt. Im großen und ganzen machen wir den Daumen hoch und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ugly food and beer! there is just a Bulgarian beer and very cheap alcohol. they didn't give us shampoo and sabon and didn't change the beach towels. It was really bad staying.

Keine 4 Sterne! Das Hotel besteht aus 2 Hotels, einer mit 4 und einer mit 2 Serne! Alles ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung! Schlechtes Essen! Schlechtes Benehmen beim Essen! Poolbar gegen Bezahlung bei All inclusive. Liegen direkt am Meer gegen Bezahlung, sas Hotelbhat Liegen nur am oberen Bereich des Strandes.

Worst food ever! Stayed 9 days and you could barely find something eatable each day. Because Astoria is mixed with Hotel Orel (a 2 star hotel) all the guests from both hotels have the same facilities. This lowers the quality of the services for Astoria clients. The only nice thing about this hotel is the location, almost on the beach (there is another hotel in front of this one, directly on the beach)

Om man inte är kräsen och vill bara bo på ett ställe nära stranden med pool basar detta bra för det priset man betalar (all inclusive). Maten är inget att skryta, smakar inte så mycket. De har sallad bar, två sorter av kött rätter 1 till 2 rätter är kyckling utöver det är fläsk, olika vegetariska rätter, frukter, bröd, soppor och efterrätter. Positivt med hotellet: + rent både på hotellet och rummen + nära till stranden med fri bar och schäslong/paraply + aktiviteter på hotellet (poolen - vattengympa, volleyboll) + nära till kaffer, resturanger och shopping Negativt med hotellet: - Internet plus att man får betala för det - Samma måltider varje dag och allt är nästan fläsk kött - Kalt på rummen - Stort sätt är personalen otrevliga, ohjälpsamma och kan inte engelska

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location of the hotel. The rooms very okay and overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is all inclusive but the food wasn't someting to write home about. We prefered to eat dinner outside.

Mostly slavic (Slovaks, Russians etc) guests at this hotel. + Close to beach + Great location - Staff, no energy of making your stay special. Probably to due bad management - Food just OK but nothing special. More variation would be appreciated. - Front desk not friendly and no English knowledge except Mr. Borislav who really tried and always had a smile and acted 100% professional) - No change of bed sheets in 9 days says everything about the house keeping. Facility wise it's probably 4 star hotel but in mindset and management it's maximum a 2 star hotel.
