Very basic, please do not expect any service from the staff. We didn't get hot water for both nights/mornings. When complained to staff he simply said please message the owner directly with your problem. When contacted the owner through Expedia there was absolutely no acknowledgement.

The property was clean and in a quiet area. The convenience store just in front is really good as there is nothing in the room. I think just having 2 glasses or glasses with a kettle would have been ideal. That I found very strange not even having some glasses. Otherwise it very convenient accessible to the main areas

I think he best part of this place is where it is located, and Hari is very helpful. He gave us good suggestions and even made idlies for us. He also gave us a good lead on a cooking class which was wonderful.

The location in the photo is not the same as the the location supplied, Hotel did not serve breakfast even though it was mention in the booking, Internet worked only part of the time and by the condition of our skin in the morning, I'd say bed is infested with flees. Really disappointed :(

Petit hôtel très propre, très calme au milieu d'un quartier tranquille. Hari nous a très bien accueillis, toujours prêt à nous donner de bons conseils. Petit plus : la terrasse sur le toit pour le petit déjeuner ou pour se poser en journée avec vue panoramique sur la ville. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.

Very good location near Fort Kochi with 5 mins walk from Beach, Chinese Fishing nets and beautiful traditional market. Absolutely friendly staff who would help with directions and arrangements for travel onrequest. Location is very peaceful. Couldn't have asked for much. Thank you !

We had a good stay in Fort Kochi. Room and bathroom clean. The manager was friendly and arrange a few things for us. Walking distance from many restaurant and walking streets.

The manager of Orion Skywings was very helpful. There is some lack of clarity re the venue. There are 2 sites of accomodation both erroneously showing the same picture of the accomodation. I was under the impression from the internet information that I was booking into 'Orion Homestay' which is somewhat more upmarket (both under the auspices of the same owner)& comprises 4 rooms & no doubt was the recipient of the high trip advisor rating. I stayed for 8 days & managed 1 hot shower & 2 luke warm. The location is very noisy, Orion Homestay being the noisier.
