It is located in the walking distance from the public bus on the street as well as the hub in Fira. People are very nice and breakfast is good.

It was ok. Manager was friendly and helpful but they offered breakfast and the food wasn’t good and the kitchen service wasn’t helpful. The hotel is at a great location. It’s a family business but they need to improve in service and management

Room size is okay, location around the hotel is good and walkable to Fira. The bus stop is near the hotel. Staff is polite and helpful. Bathrooms are outdated and small, no water pressure, which was frustrating. Pool was not clean.

Reception is very kind and friendly. Room is very comfortable. However, the only disappointing thing was that the breakfast time was very limited and the breakfast area was small, so it was not possible to have breakfast when there were many guests.

Ac was difficult to figure out and it was noisy as well as the bathroom fan. Shower is pretty iffy. Breakfast was so so.

Staff was outstanding. Room was marginal, although clean. Furniture very dated - shower inadequate. Pool was closed temporarily. Breakfast good.

Not a practical place tp stay the lady on the fromt desk was very rude to speak to. Pls dont go by the pictures. As they are deceiving. I would not recommend this hotel for a family. The showers are so small that you cannot take a shower well enought .

Overall was quite nice, friendly desk and clean room. I stayed 2 nights. It is bit far from city but still cheaper than others.

Perfect place. The hotel is well located. Near the city center (10 minutes by walk), and the bus station is across the street. The staff is ready ro help you.

The pool was lovely. Location was quiet but this could be interrupted by people coming home noisily at night. The shower was also a bit tricky to use without flooding the bathroom.

Loved this place! Bus stop to everything was right there and it is centrally located. Staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and happy all the time. Even though check out time is 11:00 am, my flight wasn't until almost midnight and they let me hang out there all day and use their amenities. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The pool was relaxing and also very clean. If I go back, I would definitely stay there again!

La nostra stanza di albergo era molto grande con un bagno e balcone spaziosi. Gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati ogni giorno. Unica nota di demerito riguarda il bagno della nostra stanza. La doccia era un po stretta e scomoda visto che aveva la tendina quindi è stato inevitabile bagnare per terra ad ogni utilizzo Si era anche rotto il telefono della doccia ma è stato prontamente sostituito in giornata. La piscina è pulita e ben attrezzata. La colazione è essenziale (dolce/salato) senza troppe pretese e la cameriera gentile e sempre disponibile come tutto il personale dell'hotel .Consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo hotel accogliente, pulito e in una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro di Fira (anche a piedi). Buona anche la colazione, con varia dscelta sia di dolce che di salato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
