Fantastic, clean room

Very friendly helpful staff, but at night there is a lot of noise coming from the mini jacuzzis on each balcony. If you are below one it is very hard to get to sleep due to the noise. The staff did switch the one above me when remembered but l find it hard to believe that is suck a high class resort this night noise is normal.

I loved my stay at Skyfall. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. The staff was very helpful; they helped with booking activities, transportation, and they helped with my whole stay in Santorini. The food was also very good. The service was excellent throughout the whole hotel. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I would recommend that they expand their room service dining option

I wasn’t sure about staying here because it seemed off the beaten path, but we rented a car and would choose the town of Pyrgos and Skyfall over and over again. The town is quiet but there are good restaurants. There is a cute little market area within the white stairs of the town. The view is beautiful (sunrise), and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were all very helpful! We thought the having to reserve the gym in advance was going to be annoying, but it turned out to be no problem at all as we always got the time we wanted every day. We went in early October and had a room with a private hot tub, and this would be the only negative- we could never use the hot tub since they said the hottest it got to was 33°C and could be adjusted. It was too cold the whole time. It is centrally located to everything and well worth it for the peace and quiet to sleep outside of Fira or Oia. Definitely try the hike and ask about a traditional Greek experience with plate breaking and music. So fun.

We had a wonderful stay from the very beginning of our trip until the end. Afrodite at the front desk was amazing – she explained everything clearly and helped us with whatever we needed. She arranged everything perfectly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again!

Any request I had, they made it happen for me in minutes. The staff here is very professional, and I didn’t have any complaints about anything with our stay.

The suite itself was beautiful, and the views were incredible. We were very happy with the accommodations and found everything to be clean and well-maintained. From the moment we arrived at Skyfall Suites, we were all impressed. Nestled in a breathtaking location of Pygros, Greece the views were nothing short of spectacular—panoramic suites that made every sunrise and sunset feel like a private show. Not one room had a bad view. Each picture I captured appeared to be an Instagram background. Almost not real. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived, but the attendant offered to store our luggage's and give us access to the facilities. We opted for lunch instead. As we were getting finished with lunch the attendant showed up with our keys and had already moved our luggage to the room. We had a large two-bedroom villa with an equally large bathroom. We had a small kitchenette area with an electric kettle and small fridge filled with additional beverage at an additional cost of course. But what truly set this hotel apart was the phenomenal customer service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. From advising us on where to shop eat and excursions. They provided recommendations and when we inquired about cheaper options online, they simple said, those options were fine as well but they couldn’t guarantee or vouch for those vendors – but they were sure it will all be fine. They didn’t try to persuade us to go with their recommendations. We walked about 3 miles on the island every morning got lost never felt like we were in danger. Would stay here again

Eine tolle Unterkunft! Super freundliches Personal, die jedes Mal nachfragen, ob alles gut ist oder etwas benötigt wird. Zimmer war ein Traum, wir hatten die Honeymoon Suite 😊 Tolles Ausblick aufs Meer und Berge. Pyrgos ist super schön und sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Kein Vergleich zu Oia und Fira mit den Tausenden von Menschen aus den Kreuzfahrten. Total überlaufen…. 100% Empfehlung des Hotels von unserer Seite!

My wife and I travel a lot and this was one of the nicest places we've stayed at. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and cheese tray in our room. The service was awesome and the hotel itself was extremely nice.
