Stayed for daughter’s graduation, arrived early and they kindly, quickly finished cleaning and dressing the room so we could get into it and change. Room was clean, comfortable and Spacious. Staff throughout our 2 night stay were really helpful, we would definitely recommend the hotel.

The area behind reception looked a bit chaotic and the stairs looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in weeks along with sticky handrails that made me worry about what the room would be like. However, The room itself was lovely, clean with a modern bathroom (though the over bath shower was a bit of a struggle to get in and out of) Last breakfast sitting of 8.30 was a bit of an early rise for us but it was cooked to order, tasty with a range of options, served in a beautiful restaurant. The staff were incredible - friendly and very helpful and considerate. It was well located for the exhibition park which is easily accessed on foot. There are plenty of places to eat nearby along with its own restaurant with a convenience store right opposite. We managed to get one of the parking spaces behind the hotel which was handy. The lack of air conditioning was a bit of an issue given the temperature during our stay as the room was in full sun and very hot. On balance i'd definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if attending an event at the exhibition park.

Great stay at the Osborne Hotel, just a couple of minutes walk from Jesmond Metro. Staff very friendly and informative, nice clean room with a lovely modern bathroom. Although breakfast was very busy our order was taken quickly and the food was excellent. All in all great value for money.

This is gem of a little hotel. We stayed for the university open day . Its just a 10-15 walk to the campus. very friendly staff. excellent value with good breakfast. we had a family room which was perfect for me and my daughter.

Tanya was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value stay with a quality breakfast. Not that it impacted me as I was lucky enough to get a parking spot, but, I was reticent about taking the car out of the bay as parking was limited to just a few bays. Perhaps additional parking could be negotiated with neighbours.

Staff very friendly on arrival. Room was lovely and airy, clean and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and shower was clean and spacious. Breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely and served with a smile. I managed to get a parking space but there was not many. Reception were very good at saying where else you could park.

This is a lovely little hotel in a perfect spot to visit Newcastle. The staff were all lovely and were keen to make my stay as good as possible. My room was on the 2nd floor and there is no lift (which I knew but still overpacked!) so perhaps don't take one big suitcase like I did! The hotel is well maintained but is not "modern". It has everything you could want except if you stay at the height of a heatwave, there is no AC (i was given a fan which suited me but just a note). The bedroom doors are heavy and slam as people go in and out, which made me jump every time my neighbours went in or out. Also my room faced the road so as i had to have the windows open, I could hear every word from every person visiting the local shop over the road as well as the traffic. Just something to be aware of if you need silence! The free WiFi was a decent speed and the parking spots are a godsend in this part of Jesmond. The room was spotless and the breakfasts were delicious. I'd definitely recommend staying here as access to everything is close by via the Metro or by foot, and you'll get a fantastic Geordie welcome.
