My stay was excellent- I especially liked that my unit was clean and comfortable with a platform bed and good light (from two windows) spanning its length. The hotel is in a convenient but quiet location close to Bayswater Station (1 stop from Paddington), Queensway Station, and Notting Hill Gate Station; shops and markets are closeby if you want to cook a meal, or stock your fridge. The staff was especially helpful in checking me in, and answering navigational questions- like pointing me in the direction to walk to Nottinghill Bookshop and the local Waitrose. 部屋は割と広めだったものの、スーツケースを二つ広げるのは大変でしたが、ロンドンの事情を考えるとこんなものなのかと思います。 シャワーの水圧はイマイチ・洗濯機の使い方もよくわからずなのは海外あるあるかと。ただ概ね満足です。天井が高かったので、開放感がありました。エレベーターもあるので、スーツケースがあっても問題なし。ただホテル入口までの階段が微妙にあるので、荷物が多い方はご注意下さい。三日前くらいにメールがきて、チェックインをして専用アプリを入れ、部屋のキーもそのアプリでとのことでしたが、到着して使用してみるもエラー。フロントの男性がたまにモバイルが上手く作動しないことがあると言っていて、カードキーをもらいました。

キッチンには必要なものが一通り揃っており、快適に使用することができました。 掃除は週一回のようですが、ゴミは毎日回収してくれました。タオルはお願いをすると、交換してくれました。 夕方以降、スタッフの方が不在の時もありましたが、概ね滞在していたので、何か困った時にもすぐにヘルプをしていただけました。 ベッドはとても寝心地がよく、快適です。 ソファベッドはかなり寝心地が悪いので、おすすめしません。

The receptionist was really friendly and efficient. He let me check in slightly early so I could leave my luggage in the room. The room was large and spotless, very comfy bed as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Space Apart hotel. Damian was very helpful when our room was ready early and helped my Mum up to the room with the luggage. As I had stepped out to grab somethings. Customer service was always very accommodating. The room was clean and I loved the heated towel/ mirrors. Hot shower. The location is great. Close to Paddington and Bayswater train station and waitrose supermarket. It is a great location. Will book there to stay next in London. Thank you. With the Kindest Regards Dakota

スタッフが丁寧だった。 連泊でしたが部屋の清掃が入らず、そこが気になる方はあまりおすすめしません。タオルなどは言えばくれます。

Great apartment in a great location.

英語がほとんど話せない私たちにも的確に対応して下さいました。ありがとうございました。タオル交換とゴミの回収は毎日して頂き、でも掃除はないということで、エコだし気楽に過ごせました。

This should be a quiet location, not on the main street, but unfortunately that's too noisy to sleep because every mid night homeless people are digging garbage bins, talking loudly, cars passing by with music, slamming the doors,etc.

We loved this place. Enjoyed having a washing machine and drier and also a kitchette that allowed us to cook some meals at home after a big day out sightseeing
