Un poco viejo, el agua caliente no iba bien del todo y demasiado olor a mascota en recepción y pasillos

Bonne accueil et déjeuner diversifié. Chambre de bain fonctionnel mais vieille. Chambre mal isolé on peut très bien entendre les voisins (bruyants)

The room we were given was for disabled people. The bathroom was a wet room, with the smallest sink that I have ever come across. The shower was open with a shower curtain that was about two feet off the floor. The shower floor was without any rim to stop the water going all over the bathroom floor. There were no drain holes in the floor to take the water away. Consequently, after using the shower once, the bathroom was unusable, unless you were willing to paddle through the flood. Breakfast was distinctly average with most residents giving up on the scrambled eggs as a bad job. The bedroom was ok, if a little dated. Car parking was limited in their two small car parks. Checking in was reasonably straight forward and quick but I do not see the need to take a £50 charge off my debit card for possible services. It has still not been removed from my bank account, more than 6 days after I checked out.

The room was over priced for the size, kettle leaked when puring. Very limited bar menu that was bought in from outside as the hotel had no restaurant. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

The description stated a king size bed, we got 2 beds put together where we fell in the middle. There was only 1 bath towel for the 2 of us.

Banging and crashing doors all night. Room tiny and property smelt

Staying for attending funeral. Very good value for money. The hotel allowed us an early check in so that we could change before the funeral. Much appreciated. Very close to town center for food.

Toilet flush handle and left side of bed was broken. Weird smell from the room

Staff were plesant and helpful. Beds were extremely hard, there was four of us in our party and not one of us got any sleep. Also quite noisy

I like to stay again. Good location to town centre

The room seemed clean, TV didnt work but otherwise comfortable. Toilet and shower were clean, but the walls floor and wash hand basin were not, the silicone sealant and mirror were stained and there were dark residue blots on the floor, dread to think what they could be. So we wore our shoes to go to the loo and decided against using the shower. The staff were polite and reception area spacious and well presented.

Mattresses was knackered, replaced by hotel once reported, and the rop surface of rhe sofa (sofabed) was ripped.

Room was good for the price paid but the road outside was nosy

I do not usually write reviews. I have stayed here previously and was hoping the Hotel had been updated sadly not. The bedding was old and not very nice and felt dirty. The TV didnt work. The room was very dated i have stayed in many Best Westerns and this is the worse in terms of conditions by far. The Car Park was tiny and very difficult to manouvre around even though i am a Chauffeur, i was extremely disappointed with the entire property, so much so that i did not even stay for Breakfast. And decided to book elsewhere on the second night .

I was very disappointed—the room we received was quite run-down and poorly maintained, which did not meet expectations. The staff were friendly and tried to help, but unfortunately there was little they could do to improve the situation.

The deposit thing is an absolute joke . I’ll never stay in that hotel again .
