住宿整體都不錯，但是對味道敏感的（霉味較重）需要要注意

非常愉快的住宿經驗。 21號中午的櫃檯馬尾小美女非常熱心跟熱情的解說當地好吃跟好玩的美食與旅遊地點，讓遊客的我們備感溫馨。

枕頭軟硬適中，很好睡這點我很喜歡。但隔壁的房客的小孩多才多藝，一起來個笛音大合奏，加上樓上活潑好動的小朋友一併歡樂的跳躍震動聲，果斷的換房，接待人員非常迅速的協助換房，換來一夜好眠,不得不給讚！

Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast, and wonderful view of the sea.

Hotel itself is ok. Staff are accommodating and helpful. But unless you are part of a tour group that came with bus transport or have your own car, location of the hotel is quite far from anything. Only 1 restaurant within a block of the hotel. (although it seems to be a good one since it is always full).

The view is incredible. Breakfast is good

Overall, great experience! Check in process was seamless and they even recommended a driver to take us around Taitung which ended up to be an excellent experience! The room was new and clean. The bathroom shower could use a little update. The grout was a little moldy. It was nice the hotel has a laundry room. Washing is free and you pay $50NTD to dry your clothes. The breakfast has mostly Taiwanese food which was great for me but my son would have preferred some western options. However, given this is a local hotel it’s understandable. They offered guests free shuttle service to the train station which was great! Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

The staff weren’t friendly enough. The room was smelling and the carpet was dirty.

Nice hotel with upgraded facilities. It looks like totally new. Location is great. The room is nice. We will come back to this hotel.

靠活水湖很近，看海房的景觀很好。早餐也不賴。

The staff is nice. Hotel location is terrific. Most important thing is the room with unbelieveable view.

整體大致的體驗都不錯，但還是有幾個需要改善的地方，1/房間的隔音稍差、2/餐具的清潔度欠佳、3/馬桶的水不夠強。但整體而言，性價比還是不錯的，經濟實惠。

24 小時供應的麵包咖啡，半夜肚子餓也不怕沒東西吃😃

很不錯的飯店，乾淨明亮設備也不錯，24小時提供飲料跟點心，服務人員親切熱情。

冷氣有一點點小聲音，其它都很好
