Room was spotless, and staff was courteous and helpful

Personale molto cortese e disponibile . Hotel purtroppo non all’altezza: camere vecchio stile , bagno piccolo abbastanza pulito( non entro nei particolari) , stanza con moquette. E’ posta all’undicesimo piano perché l’hotel è situato in un edificio di tanti piani di cui solo alcuni adibiti ad holtel. Al piano terra c’è un grande parcheggio privato non dell’hotel che stona parecchio. Colazione discreta.

Great views and a central location.

The hotel was excellent — comfortable, clean, and with very kind staff. However, I requested an airport taxi through the hotel, which should have been a fixed rate of €42 (without a return fee to the city). The taxi arranged by the hotel, however, charged €68, adding an unexpected €28. I understand there may have been some misunderstanding or miscommunication, but it was disappointing to end an otherwise wonderful stay in Vienna on this note. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Very professional staff

Our room on the 12th floor was very clean and comfortable with a lovely city view. It is very close to a Tram stop from which you can access virtually all areas of the city. It is also walkable to many restaurants. We are unfamiliar with the city of Vienna and also do not speak German. Staff members were more than willing to help us make our way. Rachael was particularly helpful!!! 30+ Euros for breakfast seems a bit much.

Great balcony view over the city. Great location for the City Airport Train, U3, U4 and trams.

We stayed at the hotel for three days. The staff were really polite and always smiling. Our room was clean and fresh, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent – I’ve never had such good eggs and bacon! The hotel’s location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown Vienna. And the view of Vienna – WOW! It must be one of the best!

The Hotel AM Parkring was very comfortable and clean. Beautiful views of Vienna from our balcony and close to public transport, restaurants and shopping. Coffee and cake available on the 11th floor every day in the afternoon. My only complaint was breakfast was 32 euro per person. We found breakfast elsewhere.

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, da die Zimmer sich in den Stockwerken 11 bis 13 befinden, welches dann natürlich einen hervorragenden Blick auf die Stadt ermöglicht. Zimmer groß, sauber und gemütlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück und auch das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder für einen Aufenthalt in Wien buchen.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Close to train station and bus station. Very walkable to all sights. Staff were friendly. Hotel was quiet and clean. The room was spacious with balcony overlooking the city.

Really liked this hotel. Off the beaten path but within 10 min walk to city center. Had a balcony room which was great. Really nice staff. I suggest checking out the breakfast. It’s wonderful!

We enjoyed a lovely, spacious room with a view of the city off the balcony. The staff is super helpful. The buffet breakfast is AMAZING!

This hotel is walking distance to St Stephen’s Cathedral and St Anne’s. The U lines are near by as is the park.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien bei Euch. Tolles Zimmer mit Balkon und ein Wunderschöner Blick auf die Stadt. Personal sehr nett und freundlich und eine nette Aufmerksamkeit an meinen Runde Geburtstag. Nochmals herzlichen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel was so close to all the sight and public transport. I had a single room with a gorgeous view of Vienna. Perfect lay out and very comfortable. It was lovely to come back and relax on the balcony. They offered coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon.
