Nous sommes habitués à avoir un petit déjeuner sans être tenus de réclamer quoique ce soit. Lundi et mardi matin rien a redire si ce n’est un manque de viennoiseries, pain, confiture, yaourth... Mercredi matin, rien en dehors des plats irlandais proposés comme tous les matins. Aucune viennoiserie. Aucun yaourt. J'en ai demandé, réponse il y en a plus. Enfin après 15 mn un mélange de fruit sec de yaourt et de confitures est arrivé dans un bol. Donc déçu, dommage pour eux mais cela ne mérites pas excellent. Great property with helpful staff and a nice restaurant

Excellent food! Way above what's expected for 3 stars. Comfy beds and lots watch on TV. Well stocked and reasonably priced bar. Staff were all lovely and happy to help. Great breakfast and they have a wicked carvery every day!

Wonderful stay!

Outside the room window was an air conditioning unit, or something similar, that made a 24/7 noise that would remind you of a tumble dryer constantly running. When reported to staff, they looked amazed that someone would have the audacity to complain about their hotel and nothing was done. First night , the lift broke down, breakfast...NO brown sauce available. Might seem trivial re. sauce, however, small things add up. Still awaiting a reply from hotel, as I recieved an email from them to review my stay.

Castle Arch was ready for our check in at a earlier time which we found helpful as we were early from our flight making it possible to drop off our luggage to site see.

Food was excellent. No issues. Would go again close to downtown as well to walk around

All was top notch. We would definitely recommend to others.

Overall this hotel was fine. There were questionable stains on the chair in our room and the shower couldn’t maintain temperature. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant was delicious.

The accommodation was really nice and decent value in the circumstances. The breakfast was good but a little bit limited. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was serviced daily to a high standard. The only slight downside is that the hotel has functions up until midnight on the weekend nights we were there. The loud music carried into our room despite this being a quieter room as requested. Not a problem if you don't retire to bed early and in fairness the music does stop bang on midnight. A consideration if you like earlier nights. Overall very nice for 3 nights stay, would recommend and stay again.

Room not ready at 3pm. It was 3.50pm before we got room after a long journey. Bed was hard. Room very noisy due to function downstairs. Breakfast not great. Considering price paid I expected better from hotel.
