Amazing Stay, would recommend to anyone looking to experience a traditional moroccan escape! The riad was in the perfect location, walking distance to the markets, food and local sites. The room was very clean, even had complimentary hot drinks! What really made the trip was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, very friendly and shared their local expertise! Will be returning in the future for sure!

WOW WOW WOW, this place is immense! Possible the best experience in a hotel/holiday accommodation I have had. Nothing is too much trouble. Riad is brilliantly placed in the Medina, close to the main square (10 mins), close to taxis (5 mins), close to good restaurants and cashpoint machines. They even arrange taxis to and from the airport, and offer advice on what to see and do! If you are thinking about it…. Do it!

Sympaattinen ja tunnelmallinen Riad ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone oli kaunis ja lämmin, mutta aamiainen ulkosalla oli hyytävä kokemus lämmittimestä huolimatta. Huoneen ulkopuolella oli julkisivuremontti, josta aiheutui häiriötä.

Hjälpsamma och trevlig personal, som gjorde det lilla extra. Även om det ligger i gamla stan så var det inte mycket ljud som trängde in i rummet. Turndown servicen var kanon, kom med en varmvattenflaska varje kväll för att det hade börjat bli kyligt på kvällarna.. Frukosten var riklig och färsk. Och ville man ha några extra eller annat så fixades utan problem

We had booked this property, however, due to a medical emergency, we had to cancel our stay on the day of the check-in. The staff was very courteous to consider our last minute cancellation request and refunded the money. I am glad that there are staff members who really care for their guests and are accommodating of unforeseen circumstances.

Beautiful Riad with amazing staff

This was a serendipitous booking since the original reservation we had at another riad fell through due to unforeseen circumstances. We booked Riad Kaiss the same day. What turned out to be a stressful morning ended up being one of our best stays during a two week trip through Spain and Morocco. On entering the staff is very hospitable and warm. The initial impression of the riad is charmingly bohemian in style, but the real charm and chef’s kiss are the suites themselves. Our suite was very spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings, including stunning stained glass windows with a sizable private courtyard that included a full cabana bed. On request we had dinner in our room. We were pleasantly surprised with a romantic candlelight dinner with a delectable meal and service that rivaled that of any luxury hotel or riad we stayed through our two week trip through Spain and Morocco. It was truly a magical experience especially compared to all of my other travels through the world. Economically wise, we got the most value for our dollar here as well. Should my husband and I ever come back to Marrakesh, we will certainly book here.

The staff are amazing so friendly, helpful and genuinely care about your well, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is lovely, well maintained, clean and comfortable.

The staff and service were amazing for this traditional Riad with two gardens, inner and outer. Much thanks for the welcome and orientation. The Riad garden is at least 10 degrees cooler and absolutely quiet and peaceful. Don't miss the lentil soup for breakfast - delicious.
