The bathroom had a really bad musty smell. They do housekeeping every 2 days and they just take the trash out and do not clean anything else. Very bad housekeeping service. We arrived earlier than check in time and were told we could get our room about one hour earlier, thus did not happened. Closer to check i time we were told our room had not even bren cleaned. The lobby couches are filthy, they were very dirty and full of pets hair. The few good things room was big and nice pool.

Malgré le fait que toutes les chambres aient des tapis, la propreté était irréprochable. Ils ont pris soin de faire un shampoing spécial pour mes allergies. Merci.

Great location - about 15-minute drive to Old Quebec, Old Port, Chateau Frontenac, the Parliament Buildings, and the Montcalm neighborhood. Nicely maintained property and beautiful rooms with comfortable amenities and modern finishes. We would stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Hotel. I slept well, thanks to its cleanliness and quiet atmosphere, which are very important to me. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Although we don't speak French, I was glad they could communicate with us in English.
