Ate at the restaurant and was disappointed with the food quality, I grudgingly paid 75.00 for a burger and a skirt steak The exchange rate was unusually low and didn’t match my converter at all!! Staff was great, had an issue with the a/c but maintenance fixed it. Also, no elevator if you don’t mind walking up steps.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice private beach and very good restaurant. Staff kept the beach well maintained and cleaned up seaweed.

Room was HUGE, and loved having a balcony. Breakfast had lots of options and was very good. Very safe area with security patrolling. Loved the private beach area with the hammock on the dock to lounge on. Although we didn’t have time to go, there is a cenote just across from the hotel. Would stay there again.

The hotel is very clean. The room is very clean. Each room has a champagne, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Beach towels are provided in the room as well.

The hotel is great. People are extremely nice. The area is very safe as we have our rented car as well. The only issue is that there are a lot of speed bumps on the road to the hotel. If you rent a car, make sure it's not a low car. The road is very dark, so it's not advised to walk at night without a flashlight. A car is recommended if you stay here. Breakfast is included but it's a la carte, so it's not all you can eat. Food is clean and well prepared. Plenty of places to sit and relax. We love the hammocks at the pier. The pool is very small and too cold, so we didn't use it. Overall, we like the place a lot.

This was our first time in Tulum so we weren’t sure what to expect but the hotel was wonderful. Service was excellent and it was convenient to go into town, especially if you have a car if not, a taxi was a quick ride. The town was interesting. also lots of shops, and it had free Internet in town

Nice hotel, very quiet area. Good location with easy access to cenotes and other day trips. It was windy so we didn't get to snorkel or kayak in front of the hotel, but I'm guessing it's nice to do that when the weather is calmer. We did see turtles by the dock. Staff was super nice.

We absolutely loved the hotel! You walk up the entrance of the hotel and it's open to the ocean, great breeze coming off the water, beautiful hotel! Great staff, very, very comfortable king sized bed. Slept very well! Very quaint hotel that was close to a couple of restaurants, which were phenomenal. We will definitely be back.

Les recomiendo que tengan más amenidades de diversión, como paseos en lancha, viajes al arrecife algo que no sea meramente en el Hotel.
