We chose the Mogul Palace because of location, but overall I wish we would have chosen to stay a bit outside. The area is very crowded and felt a little unsafe. Staff was fine, but rooms could have been cleaner.

Hotel staff are very good. Hotel is good as well but the hotel is located at the ugliest part of Mumbai. In late night even some taxi drivers from other parts of Mumbai are scared to go in that area. I did not face any problem but walking in that Lane does not give good feeling. However, hotel staffs are very very good. If u still want to go, it is near zamzam/ suleimani sweet in Muhammad Ali road. Walkable from there.
