Notre chambre n'étant pas prete à notre arrivée, on nous a proposé de prendre une chambre avec 2 lits doubles au lieu d'une chambre avec 2 lits queen size. Nous avons refusé. Plus tard que l'heure convenue nous sommes revenus, chambre toujours pas prête, nous avons encore dû attendre. Arrivés dans la chambre, nous sommes très déçus. Propreté douteuse, la moquette colle par endroit. Ensemble très vétuste. Je m'interroge sur la taille du lit queen. L'ascenseur est hors d'âge, ne s'arrête même pas au niveau du palier. La salle du petit déjeuner est assez petite, pas de possibilité d'avoir une table aux heures d'affluence. Le petit déjeuner est très basique mais pas mauvais.Malheureusement le personnel est débordé par le nombre de clients. Il n'y a pas assez de nourriture pour tout le monde en même temps, pas de couverts. La nourriture arrive en petite quantité. Bref, j'aurais dû lire les avis avant, d'habitude je n'y prete pas attention mais il faut avouer que beaucoup de choses dites sont vraies.

Chambre propre mais douche bouchée et pas assez de papier toilette Petit déjeuner correct mais le suivi de la salle est négligé par le personnel, mauvaise organisation pour le débarrassage des déchets et le ravitaillement des produits Un seul grille pain pour la salle et à moitié fonctionnel Ascenseur défaillant : nous nous sommes retrouvés coincés sans que le personnel en soit averti (signal d’alerte hors service)

Great location, affordable, clean, breakfast included, parking a bit expensive but secure, and friendly staff. Would definitely return.

Overall good stay if you're just looking for not-too-pricey accommodation. Nice that they have a breakfast but nothing to write home about. Our shower drained incredibly slowly and we heard of others lacking air conditioning. It was okay overall!

the place is closed to tourists spots. They have a secured parking area.

Our toilet was broken the entire stay and the staff kept saying they would fix it and never did. We had no washroom our entire stay and the washroom in the lobby was full of puke and poop!!

Room very old. Staff is not very nice or helpful. The room looks very dirty. Breakfast is alright.

La chambre était propre et confortable. Le déjeuner inclus laisse toutefois à désirer: il n’y a pas assez de nourriture pour tout le monde, il manquait des ustensiles propres et les déchets des clients s’accumulaient sur les tables par manque de poubelles ou d’instructions claires. Il y a un manque d’organisation flagrant.

Parking was terrible. They overbooked

Un petit frigo dans la chambre aurait été très apprécié mais des sceaux à glace et une machine à glaçons au sous-sol ont remplacé le frigo pour rafraîchir nos boissons pris à la chambre.

This hotel does not live up to its name. It felt like every room recently had a flood. We had to change rooms when we got there because the first one was super damp, ac did not work and the smell of pot and cigaretts

Very disappointed!!! Fist of all when we checked in the man at the reception was rude because we didn’t fully understand the deposit and all. Afterwards when I came to pay with my visa that has a high limit mind you it wasn’t working we tried multiple times. After that was dealt with we made our way to our rooms ( 2 separate rooms because we were 5) me and my friend had some weird thing on the carpet floor it looked like food or something. During our stay the light ball in our bathroom stopped working and the drain of the bathtub wasn’t working well every time I would go shower after my friend the bathtub wouldn’t have drained. I was very unhappy with the breakfast no eggs no sausages not even cream cheese for my bagel!!!! Disappointing breakfast. At some point we got stuck in the elevator instead of going up it brought us DOWN to the concierge we were stuck in there for a couple of minutes until my friend forced the door. Plus that same day they mopped the floors without putting signs my friend and I almosted slipped that’s dangerous!!! BAD EXPERIENCE OVER ALL!!!! Never again

Location is great--close to the metro station. Hotel needs a makeover. Buffet is actually only a . continental breakfast. Air-conditioning was broken the entire week.

Easy to access everywhere

The hotel needs a complete revamp. Everything was old and in bad condition, bed sheets wripped and threadbear, bathroom shower falling apart, paint coming off the walls, carpet on the floor wripped, Breakfast was very basic and badly organised, often the tables were not cleaned, no knives and forks available An absolute disgrace to charge what they do for this hotel. Avoid at all cost!!

Only reception looks nice. Room is so humid, no microwave, electric sockets were not working. Washroom exhaust fan doesn't work. We asked staff to send technician 4 or 5 times but no one came. Breaksfast is also not that good and breakfast lounge is small and only accomodate around 20 peopl.
