The room is clean

We had contacted the hotel to ask for the 2 rooms we booked at the same time could be beside each other, they said depending on capacity they would try to accommodate. Our rooms ended up being on separate floors. One room was very cold, the space heater that was in the room was broken. They almost refused to let us park our truck in the parking area, which we checked to make sure there was enough clearance with the higher before booking. There was a party and screaming in the middle of the night and very strong smell of marijuana.

Lors de notre arrivé nous avons fait la découverte d’un rat mort. Ensuite lorsque nous sommes entré dans la première chambre la salle de bain étais inonder et le plafond avais tomber sur le sol. La deuxième chambre qu’ils nous ont assigné, les draps n’étais aucunement changée il étais recouvert d’un fluide humain sécher. Lorsque j’ai demander un remboursement ils ont accepter et mon demander de faire affaire avec expédia directement pour qu’il traite la demande par la suite. Malheureusement l’hôtel reste injoignable depuis trois jours. Je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé. Très décevant!

Parking it extremely inconvenient, the main issue isn’t the smell in the rooms more so the fact that my deposit was never returned and there’s an extra $100 charge. I’m confused how a $60 room turned into $500, and the deposit was not $250

All was top-norch.Its winter only that the Heater wasn’t effective but i enjoyed my stay..

AC can't be adjusted, it was too cold during our stay. Also rooms doesn't have mini fridge provided which usually a must needed in a hotel room.

Hotel is in mediocre shape . There is parking available but it was full so we had to park on the street on DT Montreal. Wish posting would have clarified that if parking is full you need to figure it out. Room was decent , spacious and clean. However you cannot control the heat as it’s building controlled. It was 27° and so hot and hard to breathe or feel relaxed because it was so hot . Breakfast was fine.

Breakfast was included, but the dining area was extremely dirty. Tables were not cleaned, there were food leftovers and crumbs everywhere, dirty dishes were left on the counter, and guests had to wipe tables themselves. The floor was exceptionally dirty. The place felt completely neglected

When I made the reservation, I specifically selected “Pay at the property.” However, one day before my arrival, the hotel charged my card a $250 deposit and the first night separately. This was completely unexpected. Had I known the hotel would charge my card in advance, I would not have made this booking. I chose this option because I intended to pay at check-in using my business card, not my personal card. Please explain why the selected payment option was not respected.

Everything was good but they should provide water bottles.

I booked a King room and paid extra for it, but was given a room with a double bed, which was disappointing. On top of that, the mattress was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The cleanliness of the room was good, which I appreciate, but overall the stay did not meet expectations due to the room and bed issue.
