Hotel bem simples. Funcionários atenciosos mas tudo muito precário. Garagem de difícil acesso. Quarto bem simples e pequeno. Sem nenhum tipo de conforto térmico. Café ok. Banheiro com porta de vidro de correr.

The staff was very nice. Overall, the property was clean and walking distance to the Plaza de Armas. Also, there is a holistic medical facility across the street and I went in and used their services. I was pleasantly surprised.

El servicio del personal es excelente, súper amables y serviciales en absolutamente todo. Por parte del personas todo impecable. En cuanto al alojamiento la ubicación es muy buena pero le falta mucho a la limpieza, tienen una gran área de oportunidad en ese aspecto.

スタッフはどなたも感じがよく、言葉が通じない私にも親切に接して下さいました。。庭もよく手入れされてて、そこで読書をするのは心地良いものでした。ただ一つ残念だったのはコンセントがベッド横のスタンドのために使用されていたものだけだったことです。携帯の充電やドライヤーの使用は全てその一つのコンセントを使用することになります。それを除けば、感じの良いホテルだった事に違いはありません。

The staffs were amazing. Great hotel with great garden away from streets noises and havocs. Minutes away from main places and city centre.

Great place to stay, safe and clean are and very close to the main city square

Everything is very basic. Breakfast buffet is eggs, bunns and Guacamole. Single Shampoo packet and bar soap in room. No way to make tea before or after breakfast hours. Family is very friendly. Looking around Arequipa, this may be typical, as its mostly a stop over place to other destinations.

The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, only being a few blocks from the main square.

The hotel is quite nice with an interior courtyard. Breakfast was good and the staff went out of their way to accommodate any requests. It is a very short walk to the historical center of Arequipa.
