Me quedé atorada en el elevador porque se safo y me imagino que por seguridad se amarró. Dure 40 mins. Hasta que me escucharon y ayudaron a salir. Quede resentida de mi espalda y nunca recibí alguna llamada o cortesía de parte del hotel, aun que lo reporte en recepción y quedaron en llamarme para recompensar el mal momento que pasé.

Our shower wouldn’t drain the first day and we were standing in inches of water. The maintenance team did fix it the next day but it’s was an unpleasant experience to start. The toilet seat was also not the right size and was not easy to open. It would pinch your legs and slide around. We requested towels multiple times and never received any. We needed up snagging them off a housekeeping cart when we saw one. We had some drinks by the pool, which was nice, but we couldn’t charge it to the room. We were told we needed to open an account with the front desk (which was never offered) but the cc machine didn’t work either. We did end up paying for it at the front desk when we checked out.

Perfectly acceptable, not at all extraordinary.

El hotel y las instalaciones está perfecto, el desayuno está rico pero es muy básico, falta variedad, las albercas están súper padres ,tienen una vista hermosa al mar.

Mi opinión es que cambien las toallas todos los días y la alberca la cierren a las 10

The daily housekeeper during our stay was amazing. Such a wonderful lady.I do wish I could recall her name. Hotel was good.I do wish there had been beach chairs on the beach. Poolside had many. Overall it was a great place to stay.

En la zona donde me hospedé el Wi Fi era muy intermitente. Se les recomienda llevar un extensor de WiFi para mejorarla. Adicionalmente, en la TV solo dejaron los canales locales, quitando cualquier canal de Cable, ya sea premium o básico. La solución es llevarse algún Roku stick o similar para poder ver otros canales o plataformas de video.
