Everything was amazing.

Away from the busy area

The room did not match the image posted online. Very ordinary rooms. Would not recommend

Overall it was good, team is friendly and supportive

Friendly staff, great food easy access to transportation.

The staff were all brilliant. The hotel liv3d up to the Marriott standards and would have no hesitation in staying there again. Breakfast and dining I. General reall6 good and varied. The only slight criticism was that we had driver wi5h us and no provision made for him. All our hotels of a lesser standard did. I hope something can be done for the future.

Front desk guy said you have to pay for breakfast but I already paid for breakfast when I booked

Amazing. Wonderful room - large comfortable bed, great shower. Very clean & kept clean daily by staff. All staff were fantastic & should be congratulated for their excellent customer service skills. Particular thanks to Prince, Rajan & Vishal at breakfast who anticipated our every need & encouraged us to try all the wonderful cuisine. The food was great - breakfast, lunch & dinner. Room service was prompt. Security guards were professional & helpful. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We hope to return.

The staff was incredibly friendly and exemplary! The breakfast was great and filled us up for busy days ahead. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Amritsar and will recommend it to family and friends!

Terrible stay No hand towels were available No shower caps in the bathroom No side table on bedside We asked for late check out which was confirmed when we checked in and then next day we were told last min it wasn’t possible

Great comfortable property with very friendly staff. The dining was exceptionally good with lots of food options

In major need of renovation

The staff, service, and food were great! The rooms and bathrooms need renovation.

Property is not up to the standards of Marriott. Rom Service was bad.

More than expected.

Hotel nice and clean and comfortable. Service on reception, very mixed. Sometimes good and others poor. Restaurant food and choices very good. Waiting staff in the Restaurant, totally clueless. Bringing food to your table regularly which you haven't ordered, someone else has ordered it. Having to regularly ask for certain things, like water. They go away and then they disappear, only for you to ask another member of staff. Mum changing her child's nappy in the reception area on the sofa. When I informed reception, five members of staff heard me, the message was passed down three times and not once did they go over to speak to the lady. Very good at apologising.

Not a lot of dining options at walking distance but otherwise amazing hotel and staff, the cleanliness-top notch.

Clean , quiet property. Reasonable price.
