The property wasn’t in a good state overall but most disappointing was the terrible communication over no hot water in the apartment due to a dodgy fuse. I was promised a call back and had to try and sort myself.

Excellent accommodation right in centre of town. Our pick was a Clean and stylish apartment for 2or4 (1 large room with divider in middle for some privacy). Great kitchen and bathroom with cowshed toiletries. Secure and clean from entrance to the apartment too

Apartment was clean. Close to all amenities. Only downside was that we were on the top floor.

Excellent location in the City Centre and right by the Newbridge Park & ride stop. As stated in description the accommodation is over 3 floors and there is no lift but we knew this and wasn't a problem for us. Lovely well equipped accommodation, full size under counter fridge with a couple of beers, wines and soft drinks at reasonable prices. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect

Apartment was well kept and Extremely clean. Good location. There’s no elevator so if your room is on 3rd floor be ready to lift your bags.

Too much noise at night time, washing machine at 23:00 till late, chairs tables dragging all night long, Tesco delivery at 4:30 in the morning a lot of noise from the cages etc apart of the noise all was good, Missing microwave too important.

The location is perfect, 2 mins from Roman baths. Over the road from thermae spa, restaurant's, cafes, bars all on the doorstep. Our apartment was lovely and clean, beds were really comfy, great pillows too! Bathroom was spotless with great toiletries. The apartments are on a busy road as they are so central bit we didn’t hear noise at all. They are also above a Tesco express so handy to get any bits that you need. We will definitely use again.

Really great stay. Very efficient, comfortable, clean. It felt safe, good amenities near by. It was a little noisy in the evening (until 1130/12 o clock), to be expected in a city centre but the windows could have been better at sound proofing for a 5 star.

The location is outstanding! Right in the middle of Bath. The room is as in the pictures, however I think it is misleading that a picture indicates the roman the baths are part of the hotel, or that the hotel gives access to the roman baths. The sofa bed was probably the worst bed I have ever slept in. The main bed was better, but still way below standard. I asked for an extra pillow, but was ignored. There is no reception, but check in and out is efficient. Despite the excellent location, I will not come back.

We had a fantastic experience at Westgate Apartments! The studio was very nice and neat for my husband, our two kids, and me.

Nice clean apartment

The property was in excellent condition and very clean - as if it was brand new for us. There is no housekeeping (extra fee) but will empty the garbage, so be aware of towel use. Very close to restaurants, grocery and main attractions. The beds are comfy; the sofabed not so much as to be expected. There is no A/C (fan and windows only open a crack so there's little air circulation) and the water pressure could be improved. Communication was plenty and good although all was online - we did not see a single person (either reception or cleaning). It would be helpful to have laundry facilities either in room or in the building, so we washed a few things by hand and they air-dried quickly. The entrance to the building does face a bus stop so it's always busy but we never felt unsafe and not noisy. A short 10-min walk to the train station.
