The property was great location and good valve for money but crazy hot and very little ventilation. Either more fans at this point one of year or air con would have been amazing.

The instructiobs to enter into the building were not sent in advance despite having done the check in. The instructions were not listed in the building. The helpdesk did not answered to my calls, and it took 3 hours for tjem to answer to my messages. The cleaning lady the following day helped me out. This is very bad organised.

Entrance and hallway a little tired, fantastic location for the City just remember the noise from nearby pubs and early rubbish lorry if you stay there in hot weather as you will need the windows fully open , no aircon. Host very quick to resolve issues .

Other travelers and myself did not get the code to get into the property until after our checkin time so we had to all wait and rely on people leaving to let us in. There is no AC and the sun sets on the building so it was sweltering. There’s no AC and all we had were two large floor fans that did almost nothing. There are enough dishes to partially make a meal but not a complete one. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the location is incredible, but there are other places that are MUCH better in the exact vicinity.

Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room.

Amazing find. Clean and well designed with large kitchen and a nice sitting area. No stairs but that didn’t bother me. Well worth the effort

Excellent property n location.. when we entered the property it had sensor lights in corridor which was narrow and dark, however as we opened the room it was like being transported to another place.. the information from the reservation/check-in team was warm n very helpful with a personal touch. Will love to be back..

I just love staying here and the rooms without a washing machine are quieter and face back streets BUT disappointed no decaf coffee pods and no drinks to buy like other apartments? As you have to buy, why not have in all rooms ?

So easy Check in was very smooth and quick. The room wasn't very clean and it was a home away from home. My husband and I had a lovely break in Bath and we would recommend this apartment to everyone we know. We had a problem with the blind but told the head office and it was fixed there and then

Stayed here before and liked it, so easy choice to book again. Good price, nice comfortable room, brilliant location . A couple of issues this time. There is no air conditioning in the room. We’re in the middle of a heatwave!!! Was really tough going!! The area around the skylight has some water damage and could do with a lick of paint

Plenty of facilities in the apartment. Information shared prior to booking should state that the apartments do not have sound proofed windows and the noise from the pubs below and nearby is quite significant into the eary hours.

The room was perfect. I stayed in a studio on the 3rd floor. It was a nice tidy room with a food prep area with a 4 ring hob, oven/microwave, fridge and dishwasherfridge

We had enjoyed our stay of 8 nights but hope to see improvements for the cons areas. Pro - great location(near to train and bus station and supermarkets, cafe, etc) spacious, clean, with kitchen facilties and washing machine(for deluxe studio only) Cons - no lift, will get cooking smell from next door, no dryer, water from shower head very weak

It was clean and light and had everything you needed, however there was a very loud extractor fan or something like it working all through the night, which made it impossible to sleep. Couldn’t locate the source of the noise, but it is very loud even with earplugs. Also the rain shower has no pressure

Pro - clean, spacious, kitchen utensils and cutlery, washing machine and dishwasher available inside 2 bedrooms Cons - no lift, need to carry luggages up to 4 flights of stairs, request for late checkout and pending payment but received email that it was not available. Then for some reason, received a call next day that we can do a late checkout. Should it be first come first serve?
