⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend! We absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel in Valletta. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible—friendly, professional, accommodating, and always available 24/7 to assist with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality truly made our stay special. The hotel was exceptionally clean (a definite 10+ for cleanliness), and the rooftop pool was a wonderful place to relax while enjoying the stunning views of the city. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a large variety of delicious options to choose from, and the menu changed slightly each day, which kept things fresh and interesting. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall a well-positioned and smart boutique hotel in easy walking distance of a lot of Valletta’s attractions. Breakfast was great and the pool was often quiet and not crowded. Unfortunately the shower in our room was not properly sealed, causing a leak each time we used it. The room could have also benefited from additional storage space. Staff generally were friendly, polite and helpful.

The fire escape route from room 501 takes you into a spiral stone staircase which is very narrow, dark in places and blocked near the bottom by bags of rubbish. This was reported to the hotel Guest Relations on the day of arrival but when checked the next few days, nothing had changed. This is a death trap for anybody who uses this fire escape route as per the instructions in the room folder and the fire escape plan in the room and corridor outside the room. I provided this feedback to Expedia mid-stay of the holiday and they said this would be passed to management at the hotel, but nothing happened to the rubbish blocking the stair It is disappointing that nothing was done. This gave me sleepless nights for the weeks stay, If anybody else is going to stay at this hotel, I would not recommend not staying in this room or 502 or the Penthouse above.

Central location close to major historic sites. Staff very helpful. Our room was spotless with a fabulous view. We had booked 502 and had our own balcony overlooking the pool. Would stay again without hesitation.

Brilliant location for walking to centre of Valletta or to ferries . It is also on a city circular town bus if tired at end of a day sightseeing. Very friendly staff who went out of their way eg to heat up some water for an evening Lemsip! Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location. Staff were good (especially the night manager). Morning staff could have cleared used plates more quickly at breakfast. Breakfast was good, but shame no hot plates or simple eggs cooked to order available. We had the cheaper room, which opened out to the inner court yard was as expected, so no complaint. The room was a bit dull looking but ok, it was probably overdue a revamp. The bathroom was grim (room 202) with the shower and around the sink in much need of a deep clean at the very least, if not replacing altogether, I was surprised at how poor it was given the overall hotel rating. The location is perfect though, so if they could sort the bathroom, I would recommend. The person checking us out didn’t ask how our stay was, if not I would have raised it with them.

Waking up to that panoramic scenery every morning felt surreal. The light coming in, the water, the boats… it was peaceful and magical at the same time. The penthouse itself was beautifully designed modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The king bed was incredibly cozy, and everything felt high-end and thoughtfully curated. It truly felt like a private retreat in the heart of Valletta. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff was kind and helpful, making the whole experience seamless. If you’re visiting Malta and want something special, I highly recommend staying in the penthouse. The views alone are worth it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely outstanding stay. Great service, perfect location, excellent breakfast and a truly charming hotel and room. From the moment I arrived I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel manager was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful – you almost felt like part of the family rather than just a guest. That personal touch really makes a difference. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Valletta, with short and easy walking distance to everything: restaurants, cafés, sights, shops and the ferry. Despite being so central, the hotel feels calm and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and served in a very pleasant, peaceful environment. A great selection of local dishes, fresh fruit and pastries, as well as more international options. Fresh coffee served at your table on request is a lovely touch. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with lots of character and charm. You can really feel the care that has gone into every detail. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone consistently went the extra mile to make my stay special and effortless. Small gestures, genuine smiles and a real willingness to help made this stay memorable. I would not hesitate for a second to stay here again and can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valletta. A truly magical experience.
