Transporte y desayuno lo ofrecen como parte de la estadía pero cuando te registras te dicen que no esta incluido

Good swimming pool and gym. But the room is under equipped for the price - no tea or coffee maker or cups even to make in the microwave. The internet only last an hour so you have to keep Rae-registering which is annoying, and no reading lamp over the bed. Also would be nice to have instructions on TV use and some local information.

Repetimos al regreso de Reino Unido, la verdad el hotel es excelente.Hicimos check a las 12 y tanto y gentilmente nos dieron la entrada ,la habitación estaba lista, lo agradecimos veníamos cansados.Almorzamos, todo una delicia,Eladio nos atendió 10 puntos,gracias.

This place was great! It was an unexpected stay however the service was exceptional. The entire establishment was super clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!!!

Excellent service for free shuttle to and from the airport when booked in advance. Approx 5-10 min drive. Great breakfast spread but no gluten free options aside from fruits, cheese, eggs, ham. But was offered an omelette so that helped! I think the room service meal options were very expensive but had no other way to eat!

The environment was good. Transportation was good and the driver explained to us how we could get something to eat because we came in late. We just overnighted

In the middle of industrial/commercial area. Nowhere to walk to.

Perfect when one night close to airport when arriving late and taking an early flight the next day! - they provide a shuttle - restaurant opens till 11:00 pm

Navette pratique et gratuite pour l'aéroport (mais il faut bien prnser à la réserver 48h avant l'arrivée). Chambres spacieuses, propres et literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner complet (buffet froid et chaud).

The food was the worst of our entire 5 week holiday

The hotel itself was great as well as the staff. We were sent an email requesting information about the shuttle picking us up from the airport but it never showed, Staff at the Holiday Inn tried calling them for an hour with no luck, so we finally got a taxi for $20 to go 3 miles. Uber would have been $8. Breakfast is not included. 3 pieces of toast and coffee $7. Buffet $16. If you order toast and change your mind they still charge the full $16. Very frustrating!
