Amazing

The front desk staff was the biggest disappointment. They didn’t seem welcoming or attentive, and I often felt like I was interrupting them rather than being helped.

The Sandman Hotel is an excellent place, has a home away from home feeling as the staff is cordial, the facilities are well maintained and so are the rooms...... Very clean rooms, specially the suites are a versatile place to be with everything provided in the room for short stay scenario. The surroundings also have everything one needs like grocery fast food open late and good walking path. High end franchise and ethnic restaurants are also close by. The most prolific factor for this hotel is it's very close proximity with the Confederation GO center ..... Being on the crossroads to Hamilton area Niagara and Burlington region. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this place for anyone who would like an excellent hotel to stay for excellent prices. Wel done team Sandman.

Room was beautiful love it

The room we were in was clean and nice. Only complaint was the bathroom sink faucet pressure was weak.

Friendly staff and clean room

Staff was attentive and courteous, clean rooms and good amenities, especially for the competitive pricing which makes all the difference! No breakfast included but there are two restaurants attached to the hotel.

Our room was clean and having the Moxies and Dennys right there was super convenient in the winter. The staff were friendly.

Nothing too bad but my room kind of smelled like cigarettes, the hallways reeked of onions. Neither were bad enough to warrant me complaining. Some people complain about the highway noise but it didnt bother me at all but that’s me. Overall a good stay.
