Expedia forgot to mention that the room I was getting was for handicapped persons. The staff changed my room. There was no breakfast included.

Our room was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room area was cozy, as was the bedroom. The staff was friendly and helpful

Overall fantastic experience

We booked this hotel because it had a pool. We were meeting friends and this was the mid way point and we both have children that wanted to use the pool. When we arrived we saw the sign that said the pool was closed. We inquired and were told someone had thrown up in the pool and that it wouldn’t be available that evening but the next morning at 9am we would be able to use it. Our kids were very disappointed as this is what they had been looking forward to the most. The toilet in our room was clogged when we got there. We called down and someone brought us a plunger. The following morning we went down with the kids at 9am to use the pool and were told it was still not available. Disappointed that this was our first experience with this hotel chain. We don’t stay at a lot of hotels with our children so this was something they were really looking forward to.

Having a kitchen is great. Could use a sharper knife, but otherwise it had everything you needed for basic cooking.

This hotel was lovely. Very comfy and cozy, and they were able to accomodate a late check out which was amazing! They have two resturants on-site, that also offers room service which was great! We had Denny's both mornings, and Moxies for dinner! Overall, would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was by-and-large good. It's the disappointment caused by Expedia booking system that made the stay terrible. We had selected a room with breakfast only to discover upon arrival it was not with breakfast.

A very pleasant 1 nite stay at Sandman Hamilton! 1st time stay! Easy check in, although 4 pm check in time is very old fashioned and pretty late in the day. Hospitable staff at the front desk and welcoming. The room was very nice and clean, some minor wear and tear but very comfortable! The pool area was nice, way too loud with the kids in there, too many kids and the water in the whirlpool was, well, let’s say, could have been better attended to! Towels were provided! Had the opportunity to have late bite Denny’s that’s inside the property!
