The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. The rest of the reception and spa staff are awesome but it takes a couple of people to ruin what would have been a perfect stay.

Our visit to Calile was wonderful. Checking in was so easy & staff super helpful especially Emily. Our breakfast in The Lobby bar was delicious & couldn’t fault anything with our overnight stay. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you

Very lovely place

Having had the chance to stay at The Calile on a few occasions I can’t fault the property/ facilities but more importantly the staff and service. Every single team member goes the extra mile with friendly service.

Absolutely stunning! Highly reccomend a Terrace Room which gives great space. Loved the decor but most of all - the service. All staff were kind, fresh and attentive. Check in was personalised and welcoming. We’ll be back!

The staff were amazing. In plentiful supply and all excellent. The restaurants were lovely. The rooms on the second floor are quite noisy on a Friday and Saturday evening. The rooms are lovely, but not as amazing as I have been led to believe. The library was quite disappointing for a luxury stay.

Could not fault a thing about the Calile. Service was amazing. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Will def. Be back.

Gorgeous hotel - lots of atmosphere and pool area is beautiful.

The worst club sandwich I have ever had. Cold with stale bread and dry bacon. Then the lights in the room go out because the iron short circuits 20 mins after I used it. Happens regularly apparently. For the price this was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Loved it!

Great hotel in an urban area with lots of shopping, cafe and restaurant options around. Staff were super nice, hotel rooms were pretty and clean. Would go back for sure!
