The Tryp is a great Hotel, but a few details like a defective shower door and a very hot room (as per reception, they could no longer cool the rooms, as the system had been switched to heating mode) make for a slightly reduced experience.

Very clean , new Nice break friendly staff

It is a nice and new property. The staff are cooperative and responsive to our requests, which are not that mich. The restaurant is clean and the food that comes to us through room service were very good. We highly recommend staying in this hotel for couples, family and business as well.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The pervasive noise and unpleasant smells made it difficult to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a rather unpleasant stay. The thin walls allowed me to hear conversations from adjacent rooms and even from the room above, adding to the overall discomfort. I hope the hotel can address these issues for the benefit of future guests.

earlier that they couldn't provide the invoice, I would have canceled my reservation. Additionally, the hotel was overcrowded, with only one elevator in operation, making it difficult to get around. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean, serves a good breakfast, and offers comfortable accommodations. The restaurant is mediocre, and there is a problem with people smoking inside.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever visited. This should never be a 5-stars hotel. The Air conditioner was mentioned in the description as available before I booked, however after checking in I was shocked the A/C is not working and the room temperature was 28C. I called the receptionist and he claimed that the hotel’s A/C is in warming setting and if it’s hot you can open the window!! I could not do anything, the sleep was really bad. I will never come back again
