Buena habitación céntrica

Camera pulita, aveva tutti i comfort necessari. Belli anche i due balconi e la terrazza panoramica. Super consigliato!

It was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. Moths and ants everywhere. The beds were cots with not even real sheets on them, that did not fit the bed. So they would come undone every night. The noise level is LOUD from people going to the bathroom or in the lobby late at night, we didn’t sleep at all. It sounded like someone was breaking in every time a door handle was touched. We were the only unit on the first floor. Horrible place to have anyone stay. I can’t believe how much we paid for this unsafe and disgusting place. They refused to give us more towels unless we stayed another half day. The washer/dryer is so old it takes 6 hours to complete and ruined our clothes. We called the room “house of horrors” because of all the creepy noises and bugs!

Apartment was a great location. Right in the heart of Seville. Lots of Tapas bars and restaurants close by. The apartment itself was very clean. Pretty modern, and had all the amenities you would need. We would recommend

Nice property

Estuvimos una noche y honestamente, nos hubiésemos quedado más tiempo. Nos quedamos en una 1ra planta, el apartamento era amplio, limpio en general y silencioso. La cocina cuenta con todo, muy completa, incluso nos dejaron café de bienvenida. La habitación donde se quedaron mis padres, muy silenciosa y cómoda. El baño limpio, cuenta con shampoo y es muy iluminado. El edificio cuenta con una terraza en la última planta, muy tranquila para tener vista nocturna de los alrededores. El proceso de check in es previo a la llegada con instrucciones muy claras. Había una chica en la recepción al llegar, muy amable, dispuesta si necesitábamos ayuda con algo. A la salida, había otro chico, también muy amable. Está frente a una plaza muy tranquila, caminando llegas a todos lados y lugares recomendables de ma ciudad. Me gustó, volvería sin duda.

The Location was good, the accommodations were meh at best.

Great location — super close to Las Setas, lots of restaurants, and about a 10-minute walk to the cathedral. There’s also a small park right across the street with a few play areas for kids, which is a nice plus. That said, it gets pretty noisy at night with street noise. Also, if you’re sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, a lot of light comes in, so it’s not ideal. The beds in general weren’t the most comfortable either.

I'll start by saying when there was someone at the front desk they were so lovely and as helpful as they could be - however, as the listing says a lot of this stay is automated so there isn't always someone there and you cannot rely on that. The size of the room was amazing - absolutely no complaints on that behalf and had everything I needed, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob etc. and was well stocked with utensils and a dishwasher! Unfortunately, I had an issue with a giant cockroach on the second night - the front desk lady dealt with it and they agreed a 15% discount for this. However, the next day I found another and I was also covered in bug bites on my face, neck, palms of hands etc. I'd stayed in a different hotel in the same area for 5 days before moving here and didn't have a single bite. There is a very strong smell in the foyer area but luckily it didn't go to my room. The doors all unlock with a phone app - no physical key card etc at all. There's also no way to lock the door again from the inside so I did feel a little on edge with this. Overall - for the price - it's not worth it and I'd likely go for a more traditional hotel with all the help and amenities in the future.

Excellent location!

One of our favorite Aparthotel experiences ever. You need to understand that the desk is only manned limited hours so you'll get an access code for the buiding and for your suite. However: WOW. Loved our apartment which was really spacious, great kitchen, bathroom bedroom was huge, safe in the suite - perfect for a couple (I think the couch was a fold out for families?) Really a wonderful apartment. Location is excellent: you're right in the historical part of Seville and walking distance to 90% of what you'll want to explore. A small market is within a block, larger ones a little farther. They allowed us to check in early (arranged around noon of that day) and for 5 Euros they have very roomy code operated luggage lockers inside their reception area if you need to leave bags after check out. Rooftop deck was a pleasure! 100% this will be our go-to for future trips to Seville.

Very good location. Room was spacious and reasonable for the price. Easy to check in and the staff on reception were helpful when we spoke to them. The room was very dark even with all the lights on and the floors in particular were not clean. I had white socks on when we arrived and after walking around unpacking they were filthy!

Excellent location. Check in process was smooth through the app. Very clean apartment. We had trouble with the dryer during the stay. The front desk tried their best to rectify. Didn’t cause any problem for us. Very convenient lockers to store luggage pre and post check in checkout.

La suite muy linda limpia y la atención de la recepcionista muy buena.

Logement propre et spacieux. Petit bémol, la pression d'eau dans les chambres qui n'était pas très puissante et eau un peu tiède.
