Easy to find and good parking availability. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable with a snuggly duvet. Breakfast was delicious and service was good. The hotel was nice and quiet so I slept well and felt relaxed. Many thanks :-)

Nothing was too much trouble, and responses from staff were always genuinely friendly in a manner better than I have seen in years. The rooms weren't perfect (in terms of renovation specifically) but everything is still very well presented.

Richard was a lovely host, and very helpful when it came to changing pillows as feather too soft for our tastes. Great breakfast in relaxed surroundings. Free parking too.

Absolutely amazing venue. I have stayed here a few times and the staff are genuinely the hospital hosts I have ever come across, nothing is too much trouble. I was tired on arrival from travelling hours and still had work to do, and they kindly carried all of my luggage to my room allowed me to have dinner in my room at no extra cost - which was delicious!!

A very pleasant and easy stay. Room was very clean, nice powerful shower. Warm welcome from Julie despite arriving for late checkin. Charming bar with original period features and low ceilings. Was even offered some cake. Richard front of house in the morning and a fantastic breakfast.

It was so beautifully presented. Our room was comfortable and with almost everything we wanted. As soon as I mentioned something we needed to was brought to us without question. Friendly and professional staff without any ceremony. We were easily able to relax. Thank you so much.

My first time staying at Random Hall, I have to say the service was personal and outstanding. The staff were super attentive and couldn't have done any more to make my experience pleasurable. First Class.

Completely over priced, minuscule room for £110. Staff not specially friendly and did not have restaurant open at night. Breakfast was cheat with aggressive music.

Hotel very cold , had to ask for a heater for room, towel rail in bathroom did,nt work,told staff nothing done. Restaurant freezing,told staff,was told heating was on. Glasses in restaurant not very clean There was 6 of us we were all cold,we all had to have extra heaters in our rooms

Only there for 1 night staff so friendly the hotel is beautifully decorated with so many litte personal touches. The restaurant was delightful and the food was amazing would highly recommend staying and eating here.
