When we arrived there was no check in facilities didn’t know where to get keys no email or anything

An excellent place to stay right in the heart of Benidorm. This accommodation is secure and very quiet yet still right in the middle of the action in terms of bars and restaurants. The staff are exemplary and were attentive, courteous and always obliging. We stayed for just over 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year, cooking facilities were quite basic for a stay of that duration, but the value was excellent and I'm not sure that you'd be able to get such a secure, family friendly option elsewhere for such a good price. Highly recommended for family groups, with lovely facilities for children. Recommended.

Voor ons was het een goede locatie, op loopafstand van het strand en winkels. De prijs was goed. De service was super en het appartement proper. Het inklap bed was minder qua comfort en mag moderner. Voor de rest was alles aanwezig alleen niet alles was qua bestek en porselein voor 5 personen. Maar prijs kwaliteit was uitstekend.

Quiet location and secure complex with 3 swimming pools. Near to supermarkets and cafes and within 5 minutes walk to a multitude of bars restaurants and twice weekly street market. Downstairs toilet which was handy , TV with English channels and a full bathroom and bedrooms up a steep flight of stairs. Only a partial hand rail on the stairs which could be dangerous for children or less mobile guests. Nice friendly office staff who let us check out after 10am without extra charge. Back terraced area which got the sun most of the day but downside was only 2 sun beds for potentially 6 occupants and occasional smell wafting over from the nearby storm drain. Overall however an excellent property and location.
