Tres, tres bien. Nous netions pas dans le hyper centre, mais lhotel dans un quartier tres agreable avec commerces et restaurants a proximité. 15-20 mn de marche sympa pour aller au Mauritzhaus.

Staff not very helpful

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sehr sauber. Am Abreisetag haben wir alte Socken unter dem Bett entdeckt und in den 2 Nächten wurde nicht einmal gereinigt (mit Kleinkind das täglich Windeln verursacht wurde der Müll nicht geleert und somit roch es). Am ersten Tag mussten wir nach Klopapier fragen weil es vom Vorbesucher nicht gewechselt wurde und nur 3 Blätter dran waren. Im Badezimmer war es leider auch nicht sauber. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und uns wurde mitgeteilt das dieses ab 07:30 bereit steht, als wir um 07:50 runterkamen stand jedoch nichts. Beim nachfragen wann dieses fertig sei wurde nur gesagt "bald". Also gingen wir hoch und kamen nochmals runter um 08:15 und stellten fest es stand nichts da und bei dem nochmaligen Fragen wann es fertig ist kam nur als Antwort "bald". Also haben wir gesagt das es bitte storniert werden soll. Eine Erstattung habe ich Wochenlang hinterher telefoniert um es dann aufzugeben. Service ist somit mehr als unzufriedenstellend. Die Lage ist etwas abseits der Innenstadt aber in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind zwar großzügig geschnitten aber manches sollte erneuert werden z.B löst sich die Tapete an manchen Stellen.

A lovely property and nice room. The hotel’s location is good, not too far from the tram and walkable into the town. The room itself could do with some renovation - some wallpaper is peeling off, there are stains over the wall and it could do with a good paint and clean. I would stay again but it would be better if the room was refreshed.

I have visited the Stadsville Mozaic Hotel frequently. It’s a great location close to the tram station. A cozy neighbourhood. The rooms are clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Always good.

This is a great hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with my late arrival due to the train strike, assisting me with check-in and getting settled. My room was clean. While the bed was a bit too firm for my sensitive back, I understand mattress preferences are personal. The hotel is on a kind of main street , so if you are after a quite location this is not the case . On the other hand this is an advantage if you are after some city feeling , with small cute bars and restaurants near by. The €18 breakfast felt overpriced for the selection offered. Overall, I'd happily stay here again.

Bis auf die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-Out war das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück würde ich auch nicht noch mal dazu buchen. Ansonsten wirklich ein nettes Hotel in angenehmer Lage.

Accueil chaleureux. Très bel hôtel. Le petit salon à côté de la réception. La machine à café mise à disposition. La propreté. L'emplacement proche d'un arrêt de tram et des bus.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff. The location is good, easy access to the city and beach by tram. You won’t find a nicer hotel.

Booked this hotel for a business trip on the basis of a 24hr manned reception in the description as I knew I might arrive late at night. When I arrived, the “manned reception” turned out to be a buzzer to phone someone in another hotel who buzzed you in remotely. The sign on reception said reception was manned between 7am and 8pm. Room had a sign saying “24 hour manned reception” but 7:30 when we went down for breakfast there was no one there, not even for supplying breakfast. We waited till 8am for someone to arrive to serve breakfast and in the end had to go hungry as no one showed up. We phoned the contact number on reception and it rang the phone on reception so absolutely no way to contact staff. Very poor for what claims to be a four star hotel. On the plus side - room was nice, bed was comfy. Felt very let down by the staff issue.

Jeg hadde et fantastisk opphold på Stadsvilla Hotel Mozaic Den Haag. Suiten jeg bodde i var romslig og smakfullt innredet, med høy takhøyde som skapte en luftig og behagelig atmosfære. Sengen var utrolig komfortabel, noe som ga meg en god natts søvn hver kveld. Personalet var svært vennlige og løsningsorienterte, alltid tilgjengelige for å svare på spørsmål og gjøre oppholdet så enkelt som mulig. Wi-Fi fungerte perfekt gjennom hele oppholdet, noe som var viktig for meg både til jobb og fritid. Hotellet ligger i et rolig og hyggelig område med lokal sjarm, men det er en liten spasertur eller en kort tur med offentlig transport til sentrum. For meg var dette en fordel, da jeg fikk oppleve et fredelig nabolag samtidig som jeg enkelt kunne utforske byen. Alt i alt var oppholdet en perfekt kombinasjon av komfort, service og beliggenhet. Jeg anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste til både forretningsreisende og de som ønsker en avslappende ferie. Jeg kommer definitivt tilbake!

Good location. Close to public transport/central station, cozy side street, close to grocery store, coffee shops. Great to have rental bikes available.
