Only problem with this hotel was that there are absolutely no signs to it for those who walk from the pier head. In fact, it's down a little narrow soi, but I only found it by walking along the beach! Once inside, there are a maze of paths with no obvious exit sign. A group of tourists got lost trying to leave. Reception staff (all two of them) handle both check-in and check-out, and it's simply not enough at busy times. Price expensive and certainly limited the number of nights I spent there. On the plus side, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the aircon and shower both worked fine. Nice bean bags on the beach free for residents and beach front cafe pleasant enough. The buffet breakfast was on the whole good but not enough tables at busy times.
