Tout était parfait. Wifi un peu faible mais on a fait avec. Par contre le restaurant a côté délicieux. Et le personnel super aimable et serviable. Hôtel superbement situé.

The facilities are well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the setting in the Tuscan countryside is wonderful. Very peaceful and serine. The pool is clean and refreshing. The location is perfect, being just far enough away from the daily crowds in the town of San Gimignano, but close enough to visit before 10 AM and after dusk. The included daily breakfast was a perfect start to our day! Lots of fresh fruit, juice, yogurts, granolas, breads and cold cuts. And, of course, the espresso machine! The property is family owned and operated (they live on-site) and are there to see that your every need is attended to. The on-site restaurant is also family owned and operated, with a nice variety of entrees at reasonable prices. A good wine selection, too! The only cons are: - The parking is problematic (as it is everywhere in Italy) with limited spaces on property and an 'overflow' area in a vineyard across the highway. - The A/C is controlled by the management... So they decide if it is available, which, in our case, it was not, and that made for some uncomfortable nights as the only fresh air to the room was via the balcony doors which are unscreened.

Very friendly welcome at the hotel. Vineyard tour with wine tasting was great and very interesting. Room a little tired. Pool area lovely for relaxing in the sun. Restaurant beside the hotel serves lovely local dishes. Lovely location a short drive from San Gimignano.

Brilliant small friendly hotel on the outskirts of San Gimignano with ample parking. To visit the town need to use the car but there is ample cheap parking close to the town. Excellent breakfast.

Dejligt roligt sted m/poøl Vi boede m/ balcon m/ udsigt til vinmarken gåafstand ad sti til San Gigmignano af grusvej , det går meget opad, så husk godt med vand Vi brugte turen til morgen jogging, og tog bussen, for ikke att være alt for svedig, da vi skulle på bytur :-) Man spiser fantastik på restauranten ved hotellet, også til rimnelige penge. Vi havde 3 overnatninger, 2 hele dage. Snyd ikkekrr selv for at køre til Diborrate Waterfall, azurblå vand, man går og går på stien, og bader i vander, her er skygge i middagsstunden m/ 40 grader.

No es un hotel. Es más bien un motel de camino. Limpio pero muy raro todo. El baño es grande pero la ducha cae en el suelo con u a cortina plegable que no cierra. No está mal para una noche. Pero eso es todo.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Pulizia ottima. Parcheggio privato adiacente alla struttura. A 5 min di macchina da San Gimignano. Molto carina anche la piscina. Io ci tornerei sicuramente

Beautiful property that was in walking distance to the wedding venue we needed to be at. Staff was very kind and accommodating helping us with bus schedules and taxis.
