Heart of downtown. Close to everything. You can walked to one side to the places and beyond a d thw other side to the Parque (equivalent to central park) and back. Great location. Building clean and room modern and clean. Bed comfy. Woke up to a baggie of small pastry and water at my door. Pleasant surprise. Very strategic location. Would recommend.

The location was very good - right in the center of Madrid steps away from Plaza del Sol. My room was just okay. It was small and spartan in appointments which I don’t mind, but others might expect more - no stocked mini-bar or in-room coffee machine here (although the hotel does have a little cafe with nice coffee machines that will make you free lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) My one complaint is that I had a room on the top (5th) floor. There is a rooftop bar right above the top floor and although the noise was fairly muffled, it was still loud enough to be annoying.

솔 광장 바로 옆이라서 메트로 타기 편하구요, 걸어서 주요 관광지 가기도 편해요. 사실 무엇보다 방이 청결하고 편안하고 직원들이 엄청 친절해요! 카페테리아는 24시간 사용할 수 있는데 쿠키며 시리얼, 우유, 주스, 커피 다양하게 있고 젓가락도 있습니다!! ㅋㅋ 그리고 아침에 방에 걸어주시는 빵 진짜 맛있어요!! 짐보관 무료로 시간 관계없이 되는 거 대박이에요! 덕분에 비행기 시간 전까지 편하게 쇼핑했어요!

The entrance to the hotel is horrible, it's through a small door between two buildings and you need to find your way to entrance through tables of the tapas restaurant with all your luggage. The towels were not clean, they were changed daily but each time we've got a dirty one, the hotel might need to change the washing or drying machine they're using. On the positive, we've stayed here for 3 nights during a hot time of the year and the air conditioning was good, staff were helpful and the location was almost perfect.

Worth the price. Close to everything. If you take the train from the airport to Sol, the hotel is just a short walk away. Great staff and excellent amenities.

Spacious clean room in the heart of Madrid. Easy access to food and metro. There is a lot of night activity, so can be crowded and noisy on the street. And the entry sign is a bit difficult to spot. Overall all a good value for budget travel. Staff was very nice

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Madrid Centro Puerta del Sol. The location was perfect — right in the heart of Madrid and within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite the central location. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making everything very easy and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras, like the free pastries and bottled water delivered to the room every morning. The complimentary food and snacks available 24/7 in the lounge were also a fantastic touch and made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily stay here again when visiting Madrid.

Excellent location, close to Plaza Puerta del Sol, easy waking distance to everything! There is also a restaurant above the hotel that has a fabulous rooftop bar! We arrived earlier in the day and loved that we were able to leave our bag until check in time and again after we checked out. The room was clean, had what we needed and the bed was comfortable! We especially appreciated the air conditioning as it was 33/90F during our stay. We would stay here again.

The room was cozy, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also excellent — convenient to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

If you use Google Maps you will find the front entrance to this place, but you have to look really hard. I posted a picture of the front entrance. Check in is smooth. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The lobby is tiny. The is a cool eating area downstairs with some light snacks and beverages. Open all day and free. Major Bonus: There is a fun and very tasty rooftop bar/restaurant called Dona Luz. The rooms are a little small, we got a double. Not many frills. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable and we liked our pillows. Also the shower is EXCELLENT! Best we have had in seven European cities. The toilet is in a separate rooms, but not a lot of privacy. Funny plus to the room - LED accent lights that you can control bedside. Also cool, the thermostat also can be controlled bedside. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent location. 100 ft of the square. 500 ft from subway stop. You can take the M1 line directly here from the train station.

Localização excelente, bem próximo à Gran Via, Porta do Sol e estações de metrô/trem. Hotel limpo e quarto grande, O diferencial foi ter um espaço compartilhado com café, água, sucos, biscoitos e frutas disponíveis 24h. Com certeza voltaria, recomendo.

Unidade bem moderna e com aparência de nova. Os dois quartos que usamos eram espaçosos, com banheiros amplos e limpos. Bastante espaço para dispor as malas e as roupas. A cama era bastante confortável, as cortinas bloqueavam bem o sol pela manhã e as luzes do quarto podiam ser controladas para maior conforto. A equipe foi muito solícita. O maior destaque vai para a localização a 2 minutos de tudo que é importante: metrô, mercado, atrações turísticas e lojas

The hotel is a little difficult find. But we found it! Excellent location. You can get anywhere in Madrid from Puerta del Sol! The receptionist was excellent very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Love the breakfast sweets left at the door every morning with 2 fresh bottles of water. With that being said, I was very surprised that there was no ice bucket with glasses in the room, no tissues in bathroom & no washcloth. Yet they did have an ice machine and did provide a container for me to have in our room. We have traveled extensively and never encountered these things missing from our room. But we would definitely stay there again because of the cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff and location!

The location was perfect. It was close to the square and easy places to eat and drink. The bear statue where a lot of tours meet is 3 min walk. They had a nice touch of bottled water and sweet treat every morning and coffee available downstairs with fruit options. Highly recommend this location. Only drawback is police station next door can get loud if siren is necessary
