Short one night stay, good location, friendly staff.

The man what greeted us was super friendly and helpful told us everything we needed to know, the room is so clean and fresh and big for 4 people and also with amazing views

We stayed in room 2 whilst we went to a concert in the town and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and ample for our needs and though the room is on the front (with view of the sea) we slept well and didn't get disturbed, not even by the seagulls. Steve and his staff were brilliant. Really helpful and friendly and to cap things off the breakfast was superb and great value. Would recommend parking on the car park 2 minutes away, secure and not extortionate. We would highly recommend Serenity and will be visiting again.

Our room was recently renovated and perfect for our needs. We needed a one night stay while visiting my parents on Easter Sunday. Parking was a bit of a problem due to the holiday, but Steven was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by accompanying me to find a space. Plenty of dining options within a short walk, as is the beach. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Lovely guest house, I had a very comfortable, large room. Although no sea view! The bathroom was a bit too small though, especially the shower cubicle. The bed was very high (needed a stepladder!) but comfortable. The room really needs a splash of colour as it was bland in its decor. Breakfast was very good and the dining room itself very beautiful with a huge log fire. The staff were exceedingly helpful, friendly and had lots of local knowledge. I'd stay there again

Brilliant place I’m sorry my rate wasn’t that good but we had poor sleep due to noise. Management great and breakfast brill, particularly the mushrooms. Thanks

Lovely hotel,clean and bathroom look modern.everything you need in room,will definitely stay there again if ever I’m in erea minutes from beach and in the heart of town

Lovely new modern refurbished room 9 with lovely bathroom with Huge shower. Host was great to make our stay comfortable. Quite hotel with convenient in front of hotel parking.

What a lovely building with character. Clean,inviting from the outside. Spotless inside. Stephen loves a chat and makes the whole experience special. A lovely few days and a perfect spot to explore. Myself and family would love to endorse.

Good location next to the Grand, not far from the railway station. We stayed in Room 2 which had a view between two buildings of the sea. Comfortable bed although would have preferred a king size. Had everything we needed.

It cost £60 for two of us, so it wasn't going to be the Ritz was it, and unlike some other reviewers, I'm not going to whine about the mis-matched decor!! Here's why I'll be booking again over other B&Bs I've stayed at in the area - • Clean, very comfy bed. • Very clean private bathroom with shower. • Complimentary toiletries. • Towels provided. • Tea/Coffee facilities with plenty of supply. • Wardrobe with hangers. • Hairdryer!! We forgot to bring one! • Two comfy chairs. Good to relax on while your other half gets ready ;) There's also the smallest lift ever, it's insane, like a shoe box.. we went in it purely out of intrigue. I'm sure it'd come in handy for someone less able though!

Really clean and had toiletries and also full tea and coffee assortment

My grandaughte went here and she said it was very nice but the single bed had no pillows or duvet so they asked for some ,they wete brought 2 pillows and a single duvet. The next day after they went to scarbrough front with a 9 year old and a disabled 5 year old they rang and told me they had stolen said items , they went on a bus and came home on a bus with only a back pack . She made up the beds before she left and instead of checking they accused them of stealing . The cleaner was outside when they left and they left the door open for her to go in , im sure she would have noticed if they had walked out carrying pillows . Although she said she would gladly go there again im afraid i wont be booking her in there any more
