1890년대 지은 낡은 건물이라 엘리베이터도 없고 시설도 낡았습니다. 그러나 직원분들 친절하고, 낡았지만 깨끗하고, 뜨거운 물 잘 나오고, 히터 잘되고, 위치 너무 좋습니다. 살인적인 런던물가에 4인 가족이 좋은 가격으로 6박을 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 현대식으로 깔끔한 시설을 원하시면 비추입니다. 6박울

Pleasant welcome and an easy check-in. Room was very comfortable, clean, with all you would need for a short stay. A great location just off Oxford Street, close to Bond Street tube station. Highly recommended for a few nights in Central London.

The beds must have been the cheapest mattress ever Only stayed there because the Hotel was in the right spot for the business I had to do ovrtwise the rest of room was fine just the beds

Fantastisk plassering 1min fra oxford street og kort vei til hyde park. MEN, renholdet er svært kritikkverdig. Aldri oppleved et så skittent rom og badet er et kapittel for seg selv… det var mye mugg i tak, på vegger og i dusjkabinettet.

The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean - BUT it was at the top of many, many stairs! For this Grammy, that made things difficult. Check-in was good and a nice young woman carried my bag when I asked for help. Check out was not so good - I’d been told someone would help with my carry on bag - in reality, a rather grumpy man told me on the phone that I was on my own. I won’t stay again although the location was fabulous!

I checked in today but found the place to be badly maintained, toilet walls were dirty, heater were not working and there is no lift and we were placed on fourth floor. We feedback but your staff were not helpful. The condition of the room was not acceptable and we left. I would like to request for a refund for my booking.

Beliggenhed x 3 er nøgleordet her. Fint hotel der levede op til alle forventninger. Vi havde et værelse med "udsigt" til en stille baggård, det var helt perfekt. Stort nok. Hård seng, masser af varmt vand i badet. Fin rengøring hver dag. Kan stærkt anbefale. PS: Spis ikke på deres restaurant.

Room was okay, bit grubby, could do with updating. Only time saw staff was on booking in.

Terrible set up, having to go to a different street entrance to my room from the so called lobby (a dingy room up a steep set of stairs, entering from a different street door) rude staff (the manager from the so called lobby)

Location was incredible. Right in the middle of SoHo. You get what you pay for - the room is quite small, the shower is very small, no elevator/lift on site. But overall a great spot

Bra lokasjon og gode senger. Sengetøy og håndklær var rene. Rommet var ikke rent. Det var ikke støvsugd når vi kom og det syntes tydelig. Det var også flekker på vegger både på soverommet og badet. Når vi sa ifra om rengjøringen støvsugde de rommet. Gir 3-stjerner for beliggenhet og pris

Excellent little hotel. Staff friendly, room clean and tidy. Ideal location too! Would recommend.

Rummet var i det skick man kan förvänta sig, inte helt rent dock. Vårt rum var beläget i en annan uppgång så vi hade nästan inget mer personalen att göra. Men allt fungerade så nöjda som helhet.

Did not know we had to navigate all of the skinny stairs. Room was smaller than expected and very hot. Thankfully there was a fan but I just made it okay. It did the trick, but was over priced compared to our other two Marriott airport hotels
