Was a very comfortable stay. While the staff is helpful and friendly, the hostel itself has a very warm and welcoming ambience.

Perfect location, great staff and comfortable bed!

Jugaad is a decent play to stay for your Delhi experience. It's outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center(10-15 min). However, I was let down because my experience did not match the reviews and photos. There seemed to be no social atmosphere at the place and it wasn't as nice as the photos portrayed. There are a lot of fake reviews among the Delhi hotel/hostels scene and I personally cannot believe that Jugaad is in the top 3. I stayed in a private room for 4 nights and for the price I paid(was definitely expensive for Delhi), it just wasn't nice. Although the food is decent, it is quite expensive. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a social atmosphere.

Great Staff that goes way beyond to help you out with almost anything that you need. The dorms are spacious unlike other hostels in India and have ensuite multiple bathrooms in all dorms. The beds are super comfortable and they have a travel desk that helps you with ticket bookings, tours and even guide you with all travel information you need. The rooftop is an amazing place to relax after a long day in Delhi and you should definitely have the home cooked dinner at the hostel and also go for their walking tours. Overall I recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a different and local experience in Delhi.
