Very good location, Perfect room

พวกเราเข้าเช็คอินค่อนข้างดึก ช่วงเวลาประมาณเที่ยงคืน ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยเหลือเรื่องการเช็คอินได้ดีมาก บริการต่างๆในโรงแรมดีมาก แต่ห้องพักเล็กไป มึเตียงไม่พอจำนวนคน บางคนต้องนอนบนโซฟาเบด

The staff was courteous, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable and very satisfying. The view of the golden summit of Mount Matterhorn at sunrise from our room made the entire stay perfect.

We liked the spaciousness of the room and the view of the Matterhorn from our deck. The breakfast served was also very good.

Large room and a big balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Pool was fantastic. Bathroom had tub and shower.

自助早餐豐盛，有個小型開放式廚房可以煮嘢食，距離火車站很近行三四分鐘就到, 附近有間平價超市好多嘢買！

This hotel was lovely. We stayed in the Aparthotel. We enjoyed everything it offered. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was delicious and the sauna, steam room and pool were amazing. We have been on a 6 week trip and this has been our favorite hotel thus far. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay here, the spa was a nice experience and the location of the hotel is great. It’s close to the Main Street, lots of great restaurants near it, and the train station is a short walk away.

Everything was terrific! Our family of 4 REALLY enjoyed the included breakfast each morning! The spa was terrific! Love the convenient location to the train station. Zermatt is very walkable. Arca is on the North end. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to the South end. My family is looking forward to returning to Zermatt and staying at Arca!

Alles war top aber vor allem das Bad mit 38 Grad wärme, die richtigen genügend starken Wasserdüsen welche man individuell der Höhe selbst anpassen kann, die Sprudelwasserliegen der ganze Wellnessbereich top. Das Zimmer einfach gut durchdacht Übrigens noch, das Frühstücksbüffet schwer zu übertreffen. Nahe am Bahnhof.

Great Hotel... very close to train sration...easy to get to ski gondola ....top floor has great roo.s with lofted ceiling.

The hotel was amazing, clean and great facilities including indoor heated pool. Walkable location from the main station. Breakfast was really good.

Loved being walkable to the train station and all areas of Zermatt. Staff was amazing, both front desk and dining. Room was comfortable and well appointed.

Today is the day that we still missing and loving zermatt and this hotel. Zermatt its a beautiful place and i think hotel & Solebad Arca fits perfectly with the Zermatt vibe. Close to the train station, its a very comfy and Classic place, the staff was very kind with us, the breakfast was really good, the bed, the balcony, the view, everything was nice. Definitely if we return to Zermatt we comeback here again.
