The place was great! Very clean and relaxing. There was a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, & spa. We didn’t stay at the hotel much, but it was peaceful, beautiful place to stay. It’s about 10-15 minutes from wineries & food places. The road is very drivable & there was security 24/7. Check-in was fast & easy, & they even helped setup a driver for the day. I’ll be back!!

El A/C no funcionaba bien y el agua fría no salía de uno de los lavabos, el agua caliente de la regadera era intermitente y habia un olor a cañería en la regadera que se quitaba cuando corría el agua

Great place, short distance to the best wines

Está en el corazón del Valle de Guadalupe, moverte hacia cualquier bodega o restaurante es muy fácil. Las instalaciones son una combinación de arquitectura moderna y detalles mexicanos ancestrales. Muy cómodas y el staff siempre atento.

My check in experience didn’t happen. I didn’t know that they only had limited hours for check in. I had to book a separate hotel.

The room is nice and clean. Fairly small, no TV and no small desk table. Great architecture and hot tube is nice.

Great choice! The room had great space, easy check in! The staff was amazing, so helpful and friendly. Felt so welcomed! Breakfast was really good. :) the location was really good. Would highly recommend:)

Todos muy amables , el servicio súper bien, el desayuno muy rico! En la noches la fogata y te dan bombones ! Muy padre todo! Pero no le pongo excelente porque cuando nos fuimos nos querían cobrar la rasgadura de una cortina , la cual ni siquiera tocamos durante nuestra estancia, y eso le restó bastantes puntos al final del viaje! Un mal sabor de boca nos dejaron! Adicional que mi esposa se torció el pie al bajar de las escaleras del cuarto ya que el piso tiene hoyos por la tierra pero no está nivelado! Muy peligroso. Y la base de la cama muy larga y nos pegamos por lo menos 4 veces en el pie . Muy atentos todos , pero lo de querer cobrar algo que no , pues no estuvo bien

We had super loud neighbors, it was hard to sleep. The rule is “NO” pull time after 10, but there was people after 10pm. Thats really the only complain have. Everything else fantastic

My experience staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations, it’s such a beautiful property and the staff is friendly and attentive. The moment you check in you are greeted with a complimentary shot of mezcal. The breakfast that was included in our stay was delicious!! I highly recommend staying at this hotel, you really can’t get any better for the price. 10/10 in my opinion!!

Una experiencia diferente a lo que uno esta acostumbrado de un hotel, nos llamo la atención lo estrechas que son las puertas para entrar a la regadera.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious. Overall it was a great stay!
