Staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Wifi worked well. Sauna and whirlpool was included and also very nice.

Chambre pas propre, toiles d araignées, verrou de notre salle de bain ete un aimant meme pas vissé convenablement, carelage de salle de bain tombant, lumiere et ventilation salle de bain se declanche avec capteur mal positionné, pas de coffre fort, piscine gelée, minibar bruyant, ect ect, ca ne vaut meme pas un 2 etoiles d europe....desolant, je ne recommande pas

Zen hotel was a surprisingly beautiful experience.The area where it is located is quite unassuming especially if you arrive at night but the hotel is a gem! The place is very welcoming, rooms nice and big and they have a private spa that you can book for your own use which is a great amenity! Breakfast was also quite nice and service great in general. Stores, restaurants, bars in the vicinity and hotel has private reserved street parking for free. It's just 25min drive from the airport so great location especially if you arrive late.

Everything was excellent but there is no elevator.

Es war alles okey. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut, jeder wunsch wurde erfüllt. Parkplatz direkt am hotel vorhanden.

Das Hotel ist super. Allerdings erscheint uns die Umgebung nicht sehr schön. Wir würden aber trotzdem wieder kommen.

Hotel is absolutely great, high standard, very clean, spacious rooms, good design, pool on tje roof very clean and nice resting area and pool bar. Great staff- very helpful, cheerful and resourceful. I highly recommend this hotel. Also pet friendly!

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was very nice and comfortable. Massive balcony. Comfy bed. Only thing that needs attention was an electrical buzzing sound in the wall near the bed. Pool was quite small, but fine as we were the only ones using it. My wife enjoyed her massage …… 30 euros for an hour. Breakfast had plenty of choice

Accueil à la réception très sympathique professionnel et avenant. Chambre propre et confortable, petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité. Le seul bémol la piscine étant ouverte à la clientèle extérieure fort bruyante, de taille petite, ne permet pas de se relaxer.

The AC is above the bed and the air is diffused inappropriately - we froze in the morning as the AC is above our head.

Wow! Been traveling 10 days in the Balkans and this was easily the best stay I had along the trip. The staff really goes above and beyond! The spa room was also amazing to have at the end of my trip to relax. I had a 4:40am bus and the staff packed a to-go food box for me so I could still eat my breakfast on the road. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling through Nis.
