Rooms was not properly cleaned. Equipments are not working(tv, bulbs). Washroom was dirty there was no water. Worst experience in Goa.

Overall okay place. Good value for money. Cleanliness, room cleaning & lighting in the room could have been better. However, not recommended for female solo travelers during the off-season. The property was almost empty when I checked-in in Jan 2021 end.

Pictures shown in website is not the one you get. It's substandard. There was no onsite parking. Pathetic experience. No support from Xpedia too. It's mere waste of money, energy and time.

The best thing is the location of property, it is at hardly 200-300meters from beach. Cafe-In is good for breakfast and brunch, quick bites. They also arrange yoga classes on additional cost. For indian food lovers and specially for North Indians i would suggest you to ask them for Cafe-Out they also owned this.

Unfortunately there was nothing good. The bathroom was unclean and there were leaks from the taps. Breakfast lousy egg toast, banana and tea (coffee at a charge)
