Excellent Service and staff behavior was good! Location also convenient for travelers

amenities showed AC available but hotel management said extra charge for using AC. totally frustrated in this hot environment. no clear details about the room. when booked it was showing 1500 then after applying coupon it was 1200+ still no AC. how much they want for an AC i dont know. its a sheer mistake of hotels.com for making customers fool by keeping these details ambiguous.
