We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband too. Overall a lovely stay & would thoroughly recommend!

On arrival greeted by a lovely receptionist. Room large. Great air conditioning. Would have been handy to have shampoo and conditioner with travelling. Tea and coffee etc brilliant. I would park at the marina and walk up as under cover and you lock your own car. Not as recommended by hotel where you have to leave key which null and voids your own car insurance.

Perfect accommodation in Genova. Conveniently located. Very clean and everything is maintained with care. The staff speaks English fluently and was very kind. There is a paid parking above the hill just a short walk from this hotel. Breakfast included in the price was a very basic bread and cheese type of breakfast. But what do you expect from a hotel breakfast right? There’s nothing to complain about.

À localização é ótima, quarto grande é bom. Ar condicionado não funcionava. Mas gostei das instalações. Antigo Palácio.

muito bem localizado, meio confuso pois temos que fazer o checkin em outro local ao lado. A funcionaria que nos atendeu no checkin não foi muito simpática. O quarto deveria ter duas camas de casal e não sofa.

Hotel excelente, com quarto enorme e instalações renovadas. Muito confortável e limpo. Café da manhã variado. Equipe prestativa. Localização ótima para quem chega ou sai pela estação. Fácil caminhada até as principais atrações.

No luxury. Simple room. I got two large rooms one with a bed and the other with a bed-sofa. Two televisions but otherwise very little furniture. Excellent bathroom, Clean. Breakfast meagre. and no luxury. This is just one floor in a building but shares reception and breakfast-room with next door hotel.

Nice rooms, location is excellent, only issue is the family room, there are separate bedrooms but no door in between them

Suite très spacieuse. Salle de bain moderne et en excellent état, bien équipée. Très proche de la gare et du centre ville. Manque d’éclairage et de décoration dans la suite mais deux télés et plateau d’accueil.Canapé convertible bien pour une personne. Petit-déjeuner correct mais n’est pas réapprovisionné en pain et croissants, après une heure d’ouverture il n’y en avait plus. Personnel poli mais peu aimable, n’est ni chaleureux ni souriant. Très bonne expérience globale pour une nuit.

The bed and bathroom were great! The flooring, room and couch seemed a bit dated, ac was a bit noisy. But service was good. Breakfast was also not bad - cold only but ok. 2 varieties of cold cuts , some cheese, cakes/bread etc The Luxury tag didn’t quite go with my room but all in all it was ok. There was an elevator. The good part was it was just a 2 minute walk from the station .

Staff support was completely ABSENT. No help whatsoever . We needeed help with lugggage or cart, same answer, Cant help you. Room was just fine

Personnel courtois, propreté au rdv. Par contre, aucun stationnement disponible a moins de 5 minutes de marche, suite du 4 ême etage extrêmement bruyante, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe a l'étage, la douche est limitée a 5 min sinon on finit a l'eau froide et pour finir petit déjeuner moyen.
