Location was scary even with police station across the road. We did not get unit we paid extra for (Unit #4). Unit #1 that we got allocated instead was dilapidated, 2 extra beds so was overcrowded. Settee was comfortable. Towels were insufficient and small. Mattress was 10cm sponge on solid wooden base. Very firm!! Balcony was located over open door to public toilets and stank. No hot water in bathroom sink due to leak. Kitchen lacked microwave, utensils, storage. Tv and wifi stopped first evening and never worked again for 2 days. Manager did not respond to any txt messages relating to these deficiencies.

Zimmer roch nach Rauch und Urin. Toiletten Spülung kaputt und Küche unbrauchbar.

Absolut unzfriedentsellend, nicht weiter zuempfehlen!!

Die Schlüssel übergebe hat nich funktioniert., bzw.war keinen Schlüssel vorhanden.Wir müssten leider in einer anderen Apartment übernachten,

Main Problem was only cold water for shower and a not working fridge. Sleepingroom was clean and comfy, the bathroom stinky and cold. No hot water for the shower and trying to reach someone to repair was not possible in the morning (7:30 a.m.) No reaction to my WhatsApp about this issue. For me: never again. Warm Water and a working fridge is more important than a Netflix Account only usable while sitting on a shabby furn...

The place has no air conditioning and being on the top floor is very uncomfortable when hot. No bath towels were provided!!!!! Only small hand towels for a family of 4! They need to invest in clean, new sheets. The ones provided felt old and not so fresh. Would not stay there again!

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, praktisch und sauber. Es sollten ein paar Reparaturen vorgenommen werden: kaputte Jalousien erneuern oder durch Vorhänge ersetzen. Die Couch ist total abgesessen, der Stuhl und der Ventilator sind reichlich abgenützt. Positiv war, dass bei der Hitze ein funktionierender (wenn auch wackeliger) Ventilator vorhanden war. Leider war in der Nacht fast mehr Verkehr zu hören, als untertags.

small place with low ceilings. A little old, and kitchen is very small. Great location for a trip to Graz. 15 minute walk to centre of town. Warning: Most shops are shut on Sunday!

Non è una struttura. Ci sono 4 cosiddetti appartamenti che si affacciano davanti una strada di grande scorrimento ( come dormire in uno stadio ). Non c'è reception. Il proprietario risponde al telefono ( si deve parlare e bene il tedesco ) e sua moglie viene prima o poi a consegnare le chiavi. Nessuno fa le pulizie. L'appartamento consiste in due stanze attigue. C'è un forno microonde, due fornelli elettrici ( uno praticamente inutilizzabile ) e un minuscolo frigo. Il letto - un materasso appoggiato su una rete - ha il suo corredo liso e corto. E' un sottotetto. D'estate diventa un forno. Gli altri appartamenti sono leggermente migliori ( rispetto al numero 2 ), ma solo un pò. Il bagno offre 4 asciugamani ( mai cambiati ) grandi come un foglio A3. Un rotolo di carta igienica. Dunque: quest'ultima e gli asciugamani si devono acquistare. EVITARE.

Appartamento datato. La struttura in esterno é anche peggio dell'interno. Appartamento su due piani, il piano terra, con cucina stretto. Il piano superiore con la sola camera da letto spazioso. Letto matrimoniale ma stretto, con un materasso improponibile. La zona in cui si trova l'appartamento é molto brutta.
