坂はありますが駅から近く、大きいキャリーケースを持っても歩いてホテルまで行けました。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけて助かりました。 お部屋は広く、2人で大きいキャリーケースを広げても窮屈さはありませんでした。 お部屋からはツェルマットの街並みと山々が同時に見られて、夜は一階のバーから聴こえてくる音楽もとっても素敵で、どこかから焚き火のような匂いもして五感で楽しめるホテルでした。。 次にツェルマットに行く時はぜひ一階のお店も利用したいと思いました。 9月でしたがクリスマスを彷彿とさせる街は本当に素敵で、最高の思い出になりました。

I love the hotel overall, especially the great mountain view from the room, but there is a little bit of noise from the bar at night.

We stayed at a room with a balcony facing mt Matterhorn. Train station is in walking distance and the streets are luggage friendly. The hotel is close to the river and you will have lots of dining options. With the forever changing mountain climate, clouds flying in and out, a nice Mountain View helped in deciding when to head to the top viewing platform.

Direkt im Zentrum, schöner Frühstücksraum, nah am Bahnhof. Zimmer modernisiert, Aber dennoch hellhörig.

Fantastic room. Great balcony to view and enjoy The Matterhorn. Bed and bathroom wonderful. The bar staff was not really good at mixing a good drink. The breakfast was quite nice and good

It was in the perfect location with a window view of the Matterhorn. We loved our room and the breakfast was excellent. A lot of great choices. I would definitely return to this hotel.

A nice property just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Several nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was okay. We didn’t care for the coffee, but there was a nice selection of breads including croissants. We would stay here again.

Super Blick aufs Matterhorn, das Upgrade war auch toll. Zimmer war ziemlich neu renoviert, über das Hotel kann man nichts negatives sagen! Das dazugehörige Restaurant können wir allerdings gar nicht empfehlen! Preis Leistung stimmt nicht

マッターホルンマウンテンビューでした。ジュニスウィートからスウィートにアップサービスしていただけました嬉しい。朝食はバイキングで美味しいです。 駅からも近くアクセスは良かったです。

マッターホルンビューのお部屋で、本当に素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。駅からも近く、山をとてもいい角度から見れるホテルです。部屋もトイレとバスルームはば別々だし、冷蔵庫もあるし、適度に広く、とても満足でした。
